Total garbage products...they never worked.
Don't order nothing from these guys scammers.
They never answer e-mail complaints.

Wish I had discovered and read all these reviews before jumping into the purchase. I would rate them ZERO stars if I could.
100% SCAM!!! Their products look and sound nothing like the images displayed, very cheap, chunky and plastic-like. Asked for a refund, after 3 emails and filing a dispute with my bank having to cancel my CC they finally reply 1 month later with a fake apology explaining their 'customer service team' had recently changed and they'll definitely look after me now.
Questioned how they'll transfer the refund since I cancelled my card.... Have not heard from them ever again. The last time I tried to contact their support team the page was not found. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

This product is absolutely garbage, they sell you an item that won't last. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Absolutely unacceptably low quality product masquerading as something higher quality. The tws-i7 can be bought for next to nothing on eBay/Amazon. Essentially lying to customers and refusing to allow returns of sale products. Not sure where they're based but what they do should be illegal.

Very low-quality product made of cheap plastic and much larger than the airpod. Can be paired together but they haven't accounted for audio lag so watching videos is impossible due to sound not syncing up with video.

Tried to process a return but was ignored and finally told that they don't do refunds for sale products but their products are always on sale so they don't have to ever give people their money back.

Avoid this company at all costs, not worth your money I promise!!!

Soundpods are like getting 2 bluetooth speakers. You can only play music out of 1 at a time. They are much larger than the Apple earphones so if you have small ears they will definitely not fit.

Finally, be wary of their money-back guarantee: guarantee is for regular-priced items only. All items on their web site are ALWAYS on sale so impossible to return.

I gave one star, but I would rather give no stars. These headphones are terrible. They are so big they barely fit in my ear. The quality of the sound is appalling and the loudest they turn up is barely anything. I contacted for a refund but apparently that wasn’t possible. I could only get one headphone to pair. They do not send instructions with the headphones. They then sent me instructions which were not commonsense steps and ridiculous that they weren’t included in the box in the first place. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
