I was so nervous before my appt started. I could barley see how to put in the batteries. When Noah met my 93yo Mom (whose hearing aides these are) & myself (her daughter) I felt a great relief. Noah was calm & talked clearly & slowly so we both understood what to do. He had my Mom practice taking the devices in & out of her ear by feel. We even have a follow up appointment in a week to evaluate where my Mom is then. He gave us both so much confidence that these devices might actually help my Mom. WHAT A GIFT!~ I put Noah at the top of my gratitude list for today.

My 23-year old hearing aids were never comfortable and didn't separate background noise from conversations. My new Signia hearing aids are so much more than I expected! Comfortable. Natural hearing. Easily controlled with my android phone. I can understand conversations in all of the environments I experience. Did I say I love these? And customer service is beyond my belief! Noah has been so helpful getting me oriented to this new style for me. I recommend these to anyone wanting/needing a new hearing experience.

My technical agent, Mr. McIntyre was so patient with me and guided me to get my hearing device initial set up. He made sure I am comfortable with the device and answered my questions in the follow up call. He helped me reset the volume & changing the ear piece which I was quite unsure initially. I am comfortable, confident and happy to know I can count on him when I have future concerns with my device. Thank you.

My first experience was with your staff persons. They were very friendly and helpful. She called me to set up my aids and spoke with me until I got all done ✔. She even called me back after 3 days of trying the aids. We talked about my experience and she was so helpful in listening first about my experience over the 3 days. She was helpful in telling me why certain things were happening. I said to her let me try and see what will they feel like for 10 or so days and I'll touch base with her in 2 weeks. I ask about batteries and she sent me the link to purchase them. She also once finding out my ear size is sending me the small ear plugs. I am so far enjoying these aids. They stay in my ear. I don't have to worry about them on the top of my ear falling off like my ones I have. They irritated me when wearing my eye glasses and that mass we are wearing now. I thank God I tried this hearing aid. I recommend them. Go for it. The noise reduction is great also.
