Bought a guitar from the website for my son's birthday, I had not noticed that it had tiny chip on it when looking at the pictures. I received an email advising me that it had a tiny chip on it along with detailing pictures just to make sure I was aware of it and if I still wanted it. There customer service is fantastic a rare thing these days delivery was a super quick and the guitar was very well packaged. Good stock selection and not silly fictitious prices, it's a music shop that you would definitely want go back to.

Guitar delivered promptly; Double packed, even though the outside box was slightly damaged, the inside one was fine.

Needed a serious setup though when it arrived; truss rod/neck relief fixed, pickup and bridge saddles adjusted for height, and intonation was miles out.

I had my 1980's Fender Bullet set up & cleaned by the Tech guy Rob. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the guitar play amazingly well. I will now have all my guitars looked after by Sound Affects!

This pre-owned Guitar arrived well packed. I would take the view that this relatively expensive guitar was , generally, in good condition, as described. However there is one area of paint damage to the ultra thin coating, a small nick on the rim and, to me, a noticeable amount of fret wear,2nd and 3rd strings which, it might have been better to mention in the description. Sound Affects do show a number of photos of each guitar. Beyond this, a number of online companies now seem to place the onus on the buyer to 'enquire' if details are required. To be fair, Sound Affects did reach out and remind me that I could return the item ( 14 day returns policy. should I wish to do so). I am inclined to keep the guitar.
