I had sent a request for service as frame parts were braking. I sent several emails and got no response. The chair finally collapsed as I waited for the warranty which it still was under... except there is no response to anything more than taking our money... and the chair had to be removed from the house before someone got hurt on it. I woukd rather see negative stars than to have given even 1 star.

Don’t buy from this company. I purchased what I thought would be an easy assembled scooter. My husband can’t walk so I was looking for something I could just put in the back of my SUV with minimal assembly plus not be too heavy. Well I got it and it was way too heavy for me and my 85 year old mother-in-law to pickup. His website say if not completely satisfied you could return. Well I informed them of the problem they have literally given me every excuse not to want to refund my purchase. I’m handicap and my money is very tight I am already loosing money cause I have to pay for shipping but now the whole$599.00 look at the reviews their not with BBB so that tells you something there.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase! We received our Giant Lift Recliner today and had it together in 20 minutes! So easy and beautiful! It is soooo comfortable and beautiful in our livingroom! Customer Service was okay but I had to reach out a couple times about delivery. Overall great experience!

Was told I would get a scooter with in a week it never came. Called multiple times no answer emailed them they said they would up grade me to a better scooter for my inconvenience . I waited another week guess what no scooter. I checked the tracking number they gave me soulout put the delivery address as there own instead of mine I requested a refund because they never sent the scooter now they say I have to wait for the refund. Don’t use this company!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible quality of the chair I bought. It started falling apart after just a few days of use. The flimsy construction and shoddy materials make it clear that this chair was not built to last. I demand a refund or a replacement immediately.

The chair is great. Customer service was very responsive.

The delivery came in 2 separate boxes, and one arrived a few days before the other, so that is something to be aware of. The chair itself is very comfortable to sit in, and easy to operate. It's sturdy and everything works.

I purchaser two lift chairs. I had a problem putting the second chair together, It turned out that the problem was me. Customer service was very helpful and patient. The chairs are wonderful!

This is and was the perfect Chair for my son Rance during his cancer surgery recovery.

The chair is everything you claimed it would be, I'm totally satisfied.

The chair wasn't as big as we were expecting, a bit wobbly when using to stand up.the leather covering is very nice, makes it easier to keep clean. Was nice to have it delivered to our door.
