So after writing this review, I was contacted by SL. They offered some solutions to increase my customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with customer service.Then, they contacted me a third time and asked if I deleted this review. I told them no that I hadn’t planned on deleting the review. I felt pressured to delete the review. That doesn’t make sense to me. FYI: I had planned on bumping this up to a five star review if the second piece I ordered came in and was in good condition. However, after declining to delete this review, the second part of my order was canceled without explanation. At this point, I had been waiting for the second piece for six weeks. When I reached out to them to find out why it was canceled, they stated it was canceled due to a lack of raw materials. However, when I went on their website, instead of the item showing as being sold out there were still units for sale. I can’t say for certain if they canceled my order out of retaliation, but they left me no choice but to leave this review as is and bump the rating down to two star. I really wanted to like this company. I will most likely not purchase from them again.
Original review: (originally three star ) I visited this site because I wanted to explore wigs with gray and silver incorporated. The price was appropriate for a trial wig so I bought a wig and a topper. I have only received the wig and I have to say the arrival time for the wig is comparable to other human hair wig distributors I have used. The topper is no where in sight. The company does not give updates as to shipping status of the wig but I did receive a fed-ex notification of my wigh shipment when it went out. I wish there was some communication in that area. Also, the wig has a feature in the back where the band is adjusted with metal clasps - like a bra strap. If you put it on the loosest setting, you can see the metal clasps shining through when the hair is parted. I wish I had known it was this style cap, I would not have purchased it. Also, the hair in the front is very thin. It makes sense for someone who is applying the wig with a cap but it does not work well for someone who likes to blend the front of their own hairline into the wig. I would have to cut about 1" back into the lace to get to where the hair starts thickening up to be able to blend it. I wish I had known the density was so thin in the front. I would have requested they make it thicker. Having said all of that, I feel the overall density of the back of the unit is sufficient. I would say maybe about 120 to 130 density when compared to my other wigs that specify theirs as being that density. The hair quality is appropriate for what I paid for it. The hair strands are not a consistent length so if there are fly-aways it will be very noticeable. I have not washed it so I don't know about the quality after the wash but it was soft and straight upon arrival. The shipping company managed to smash the shipping box as flat as possible and I was thankful it was wrapped in plastic in addition to being in the box. I wish it had been in a satin bag to help reduce the friction it experienced by being smashed all to heck by the shipping company. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this experience but, if my topper comes in and is of good quality, I will most likely purchase from them again.

I only just received my order and have yet to wear it,however when I removed it from the packaging I could immediately see it was shedding. I hope that won’t create a problem.Also, I didn’t know I’d have to trim the lace before wearing.My question is,do I need glue to hold it in place?

Regarding the lace, it does need to be lightly trimmed before wearing, as this is part of the natural installation process for lace wigs. If you are new to lace wigs, we’re happy to guide you step by step.
For wearing, glue is optional. You can secure the wig using the adjustable straps and combs inside the cap for a glueless install. If you prefer a more long-lasting hold, adhesive can also be used.

I have purchased 3 wigs from this…
I have purchased 3 wigs from this company and have requested for the wigs to be customized. Now the first wig I purchased I informed them for a smaller cap, the wigs are beautiful and real human hair don’t get me wrong, but customer service and the response time is terrible. I am still waiting for them to respond back to me regarding the wigs are too big for my head and I paid extra to get the two wigs customized to fit my head and they have not responded back to my request for the other issue that I asked them for. I will not be ordering anything from this company anymore.
