I will just cut and paste the conversations with this company, their logic is beyond common sense, never again! If I find what I want in the shop fine.... ordering? No thank you!

Dear “Sisters”,
I love your shop and your products, but I’m afraid your logic dates back to the 19th century!
When I placed the order below I could see that the items were available in some London shops, however I do not live anywhere near London and my local shop didn’t have them in stock.
So… I ordered online, thinking that you would have sent them from any other shop in the UK that actually have them in stock, as per your website.
But no! I found out that you are sending them from Denmark… so they go through customs and they take forever to get to Norwich.
It would be nice to understand the logic behind this choice: you had the item here in the UK, still you put your customers through the lengthy process of receiving them from Denmark!
I have to leave tomorrow afternoon, visiting part of my family in Europe and sure enough my order will not be delivered within the usual post-dispatch around 11.00am.
If they cannot enter my home mailbox, they may be left outside and sure enough I will not find anything when I come back on December 20th!
I can only thank you for his non-service… and think again about moving your stock within the country, if you receive an order online.
Best regards

Dear E,
Thank you for your enquiry.
We are very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our service. It is correct that it takes 4–6 days for a parcel to arrive in the UK when it is shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. The transit time is also stated on our website. We are pleased to see that you received the parcel yesterday.
We wish you a wonderful day.
Kind regards,
Søstrene Grene
I replied, though I'm well aware it will be for nothing! I don't think they understand there's no logic in how they are organised ...
Dear Søstrene Grene,
This is precisely my point: nowhere on your website does it say that orders will be shipped from Denmark. According to your own site, stock is available in several London shops. Naturally, I assumed you would ship from a UK location that actually has the items.
Had you done so, delivery would have been straightforward: I ordered on the 16th, you acknowledged it the same day at 1:34 pm — even assuming picking and packing happened the next day, a Royal Mail or any inland courier could have delivered by the 22nd (yes, we do get post on Saturdays!).
Instead, my order was sent from Denmark, meaning it had to pass through customs there and again in the UK.
That adds extra days of uncertainty. I still don’t know if I received the package — tracking says yes, but I won’t know until I return. If the parcel is too large for my mailbox, anyone passing by my door could take it. What if it disappears before I get back?
I am both disappointed and dissatisfied. I buy a lot online, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen items in UK stock shipped all the way from the manufacturer or mother company in another country.
It is completely unnecessary, inconvenient, and frankly, baffling.
You will probably disagree, and I wouldn’t be surprised given your previous reply.
In reply to your message below:
Using your own stated delivery times, an order placed on November 16th at around 2pm should have arrived by 22 November before 5pm at the latest. You also know that shipping from where you already have stock in the Country would avoid customs delaye entirely. Choosing not to do so is baffling. Another point: GLS operates withis the UK and offers domestic delivery. So why add yet another day by transferring the parcel to Parcelforce? Saving a few pennies on courier fees is irrelevant when customers are already paying for shipping and you set the price. At this stage , the issue isn't the transit time. It's the lack of transparency and the refusal to acknowledge the customer's perspective: you've doubled down on blaming the customer for not possessing telepathic logistic insight. That speaks volumes about how you regard your customers: Anna and Clara may be delightful in your brand story, but they can't possibly be thrilled with this performance!

Love this company, from the excellent customer service, lovely website, and ease of ordering, to the excitement of opening my parcel, which took about five days to arrive. I'm absolutely delighted with the beautiful, high quality products, which are even more gorgeous in reality! Items were extremely well packaged in strong recyclable paper and cardboard. Will definitely order more from this seller.

What a delightful little company to discover for anyone into crafts and cute and unique pieces for the home . The delivery took 11 days which I don’t think is bad considering it was from another country . The items arrived safety and are so sweet and well made . 100 percent recommend

Waited days for delivery only to receive smashed plant pots, scratched Christmas ornaments and poor quality items with the glue showing. Please refund me for the damaged items or I will have to open a claim with PayPal.

I recently ordered a number of things from this company, one of which was a tea caddy/box.
When it arrived they had also included some tea bags which at first I thought was nice but actually just proved that the tea caddy was not fit for purpose.
The tea bags would not fit in the box straight and nor would the lid close. I tried other tea bags but it was the same for all. It is not fit for purpose!!!
Having requested to return I discovered that they intended to charge me more than the cost of the caddy!
I explained several times that the product was not fit for purpose and all I got was that I needed to pay to return which obviously I’m not going to do if it costs me more.
Unless you live within easy reach of the store, I suggest you avoid shopping with this brand.

I ordered a parcel & never received any tracking info - only once I reached out to the company did they tell me it had been delivered but upon checking, it was to another house somewhere on my street. After several emails, it was not clear exactly which house it has gone to so I asked for a redelivery as I am 9 months pregnant & cannot go knocking on random stranger’s doors trying to locate my items. This request was refused as it is apparently common to have a parcel delivered to a neighbour - which technically is true BUT only if you have agreed to this in advance (which I did not do & wouldn’t have, given my current condition) & would typically be a neighbour one or two doors down, which is not the case here (I’ve checked with my 5 immediate neighbours & none of them have the parcel. Now I have no way of obtaining my items and feel I’ve been treated very poorly, as if it is my fault the parcel has gone to a completely different house somewhere on my street…Will never order from here again, AVOID!!!!!
