Engineer was on time and fixed the leak. Still work to be done to complete the work as it was a temporary fix but it was such a relief to not have buckets and towels all over the floor and worry that the ceiling was going to come down.

I was impressed with the speed SOS made the appointment to come out and investigate our leak. The gentleman arrived at the appointed time and was very thorough in identifying exactly where our leak was. Even when he detected a leak behind aqua boards in the shower he checked other possible sources of the leak to be absolutely sure there was only one issue. He explained what he was doing, why and also showed me his findings so I knew exactly what the problem was and th e likely plan of action. A very positive experience, many thanks.

I had a leak in my kitchen which is ceramic tiled I was anxious and nervous about this problem but Chris Wight put me at ease and did a wonderful job and got the leak temporarily repaired I would recommend this company and Chris Wight without hesitation.

Really excellent experience. Very thorough and great interaction. Even let my 5 year old investigate the detection equipment. Found a leak which we had missed and avoided a lot of damaging opening up. As a retired Chartered Surveyor I can thoroughly recommend this firm. Sorry, I didn't get the Engineer's name. They were recommended by LV who have also been excellent.

Very impressed with the quick and methodical approach to finding the fault in our water drainage pipe. Cleaned the area well afterwards and left clean & tidy.

Really pleased to recommend this company. Chris Wight turned up on time to track and trace a water leak from a mains pipe under the floor of our boiler room. Using his test equipment he quickly confirmed where the leak was coming from. He then dug up the necessary floor tiles and screed to expose the leaking pipe. He then cut out this section of pipe and replaced it with a plastic section of pipe to affect a temporary repair and reinstall the main water supply.

I was dreading the process of people coming into my home and trying to detect a leak . But I have to say Matty ,who was assigned the task ,was professional, polite and really instilled confidence. He knew his stuff and talked me through what he was doing and why . He found the issue, which wasn’t easy , with minor disruption and a very professional manner.
