From our facility the alternator and pallet were in perfect condition, but during transport they broke the pallet.
We are looking for a better delivery for the alternators in Europe.

Regarding the tracking of the shipment. It cannot be done (yet) from the customer's account on our website; however, DHL always sends an email to the customer (to the address provided by the customer) once the package leaves our facilities. I don't know if in this case you will have received this email, or if it is on the SPAM list.
