We're very happy with the chairs received from Charlie Pommier - they're even more beautiful in reality than on the pictures.

We were also very impressed with the company's customer service. Some of our chairs initially arrived with minor damages (possibly occurring during transportation), but Charlie Pommier immediately and unbureaucratically sent us replacements at no extra cost (including covering the customs tax).

Aesthetically great but quality leaves much to be desired. Significant leg length difference on chairs ordered. Company replaced but there couldn't have been any quality control upon leaving workshop. Underside joints on chairs wouldn't look out of place in a school woodwork lesson. Material on seat pad failing after 6 months of light use. Disappointing. I guess the perpetual 40/50% off sale should have been a clue.

Beware with Charlie Pommier. They are unreliable and deceptive, hiding massive extra import costs behind 'general terms and conditions' after you already ordered (with no way back). Consistent failure to meet delivery commitments also frustrating. Finally, after paying all these costs, multiple products arrived damaged. This company is a perfect example of untrustworthiness in business. Proceed with extreme caution.

Misleading. Constantly advertise limited time - 40% discount and now with black Friday they advertise - 50% discount. But wait they first increased the prices with 50% to then offer a black Friday discount. Crooks that clearly aren't getting their products sold.

Great quality, unique design and even better customer service! Highly recommended if you’re not in a hurry (my order took 5 months to come!). Take also into consideration the extra taxes you have to pay once the product arrived into your country. They increase significantly the price you pay at the begging.

We are very satisfied with our beautiful chairs in oak color. Our living room has become a real eye-catcher. Furthermore, Charlie Pommier's service is top notch. They are there for you if you have any questions, even on weekends they respond to messages. One of our chairs was returned and as soon as they got it back, an update was immediately shared with us that they had sent it again. The package is also top! In short, a company where you will be very satisfied and make a purchase without being disappointed.

I see that people have had a variety of different experiences, so I was also worried about everything before making the purchase. I understand that we are all different, and what might be nice for someone may not be for me, or something might be comfortable for someone and not for me. That's why I risked my 10000€, and I'm happy to say that I don't regret it. Initially, all of this would have cost me around 30000€, which is why I took the risk. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the excellent support and everyone involved in creating my perfect chairs and armchairs. Good luck to everyone.

Ordered the Orel table and 4 Mosso chairs in walnut.
As in the pictures, it can be seen that the table consists of 2 parts. However, in reality I received a table made of 4 parts with visible joints between the pieces.

When inquiring with the company I was told that the table can only be shipped in 4 pieces. Even if that would be true, that's really not what I paid for.

In the end I got a 25% discount on the table, which is ok considering the hassle it would be to ship it back. But not really happy with the end result.

Lastly, the Mosso chairs look great, but are not very comfortable as the back rest is too low. Don't recommend them for long dinners.

One of the Mosso chairs was crooked so after a lot of back and forth they agreed to ship a replacement chair. As the new chair was on its way I donated the old one. Unfortunately, upon arrival I discovered they only shipped a frame even though they never mentioned this. Now they ask another €95+VAT just for the seat.

Seems like a rip off so I asked for a price breakdown but now messages just remain unanswered.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing the Otto Chairs in walnut option and I can't express just how thrilled I am with this exquisite piece of furniture. Really unhappy with the 8 chairs and large table that we ordered
- it was really not made clear that we would need to pay the tax on each piece so it cost us a fortune more than we budgeted
- It also took much longer than we were told it would, yet the quality of the chairs make it seem like they were rushed as there are bits of filler that aren’t blended and other imperfections
- when I complained about the filler I was sent a pen to try and blend it but the colour was wrong (way too dark) so it ruined them even more
- The angle of the back of the chair seems to be a design floor as when you sit back it digs in to your back and isn’t comfy
- it wasn’t clear the table would be made of lots of small pieces that we would have to assemble, and it also doesn’t look very good with all the joins
- since we’ve had the table the wood has split more
Overall not the quality or service we had paid for - very disappointing

Big Thankyou to the whole Charlie Pommier Team for the extremely positive shopping experience. I bought 4 otto chairs and I'm so happy with the craftmanship and quality! I asked for a customization with vegan leather and Natasha, leading costumer relations, did a marvelous job coordinating the execution. Also the shipment to my holiday home in the mountains was organized perfectly and Natasha shared all tracking information and was available for questions. Overall I can highly recommend Charlie Pommier, beautiful design, craftmanship and a extremely friendly and excellent costumer service! I wish the whole team lots of success for the future!

The chairs are beautiful, I bought the oak otto chair with leather seat covers. Nice quality and finish.
I ordered the chairs mid April and they were ready to ship beginning of July. I asked the costumer service to arrange the shipping at the end of the month as I had my holidays planned. I had little delays with the delivery but the costumer service has been nice and responsive. They really care about costumer satisfaction and try their best to make you enjoy the purchasing experience with them.

I ordered my chairs from Charlie Pommier in May 2023 while they had a sales event.
With regards of this nice price of 40% discount I thought these unbelievably beautiful chairs fit and are high qualitative.

On their old website they wrote a production time of 45-60 and delivery of 10-15 days. There was some extra fee for delivery which is quite fine for the way from Serbia - Germany.
This needs to be read clearly from the customer who are interested as this will take some time.

I had a surprise that I needed to wait then 80 days for production time where I had feedback from the nice customer support. The tiime took more, as we needed to reschedule the timing with the customer service based on the long production time.

They landed after to the custom, where I paid a significant extra amount on custom fees. This needs to be mentioned definitely on their website in the delivery terms. Overall it took 129 days from order date until they stand in the flat and this needs to keep in mind for every purchase of chairs if you want to wait between the mentioned time plus minus more days related to the delivery by country and custom service. The customer support was helpful and we had the 15days extra due to rescheduling the send out.

Edit:the customer support was supportive and they refund the extra fee as this wasn't mentioned in the early year.

After they arrived after this long process at home, I was a bit surprised that the quality of these chairs seems not this what they show up on the websites.

Here an overview of some low and highlights:
- the Screws under the seat are not clean in the wood (no extra preparation bore hole for screws)
- the wood connection of the parts is filled and not clean
- the grinded edges of the chairs are not even when you hover over them

+ they look nice at first glance
+ the padding of the seat is comfortable and the material looks good
+ the chair legs have extra furniture gliders under the chairs
+ package of the chairs is quite safe for delivery

Overall the chairs have a cool design concept and I think with improvement in their QA Process the brand can grow but right now I´m hesitant to rebuy again after these moments and findings. In general based on the process they are very eager to optimize their processes and the custom support is very helpful.

I got a mosso chair with walnut wood which was delivered in promised time. The chair is beautiful, of high quality and sophisticated design.
It was shipped from Serbia and there were import costs for the UK which the company didn’t highlight and it was not obvious on the website, I complained about this in forth and back emails. Since then, the company has improved the transparency about the import tax on their website.

If you’re in a rush for furniture, avoid this company and buy closer to home! On the date our furniture was due to be dispatched we get an email explaining the fabric we ordered is out of stock. Blaming the supplier and taking no responsibility themselves for the delay, we are left with a wait of a few more weeks. I’m sure the furniture will be great when it eventually arrives. 😊

A week ago, we left a scorching review of Charlie Pommier and the way the company communicates.

Now, after receiving our order and experiencing CP’s extraordinary customer service up front, we’ve come to a different conclusion.

We bought the Mosso Armchair and the craftsmanship is nothing short of outstanding. The wood is beautifully sanded, the structure well assembled, the fabric high quality, and the cushion just the right level of firm. A piece of furniture and a sculpture, the Mosso is something to behold.

Before you rush off to place an order with Charlie Pommier, you would want to know that:

1. The company is based in Serbia, which is not part of the EU. So, if you like us live in the union, additional VAT applies.

2. Sizes differ considerably across borders. So check the measurements of the furniture you want to buy. We didn’t expecting the Mosso to be a fairly spacious lounge chair. It’s not. This of course is no fault of CP’s - we could have taken a closer look at the numbers and the pictures. All the info is available on the website.

So to recap: Charlie Pommier offers high quality, beautiful furniture and outstanding customer service. But do pay attention to the details.

Our dining chairs are made from beautiful, solid oak wood. The design is outstanding, and the improved construction has made the chairs even more comfortable.

We would like to specifically emphasize the exceptional level of customer support. In our case, we can only report on the after-sales support, which really stood out. The customer journey didn't end abruptly after the conversion, like it did with some other larger manufacturers and retailers. Five stars - highly deserved.

Although we had a few issues with the delivery due to the distance this was resolved. It may seem that they do not like to answer the phone however they do respond promptly via email and I believe that this is because I they have a small team. The quality of the product is great considering it is hand made but you should be willing to wait the time frame. It is lovely that each one is hand crafted and different. Creating an individual and unique feel.

We purchased a set of six bar stools for our new Lounge bar.
The product itself is of excellent quality and well-crafted. We have also received outstanding customer service throughout the entire process, and even afterwards.
We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hight quality furniture and top customer services.

We are in the EU and Serbia borders with us and that is a big stupiditly because they are not a member and customs are inevitable.
Thats the only downside to our shopping at Chalies.
Our two armchairs are excellent and it is a pleasure to sit in them.
