I echo other reviews on here. No delivery within lengthy 2-4 week lead time and no response to emails. Please send me my order if you want a better review.

Ordered on 2nd December and it still hasn't arrived. No response to the last email. Was told on 3rd Jan the shipment would be arriving that week but nothing since then and no shipment.

Soren's House stocks a huge range of eco-friendly and natural toys - it's always our go-to for birthday and
Christmas presents! They have a huge selection of stunning brands that stand the test of time with small children and as a family-run business, their customer service is top notch.

I can't recommend them enough!

I ordered two hats from the website which unfortunately didn't fit my son. The return was sent via Royal Mail on Nov23, despite the website says up to 14 days process time, the refund was actually made on Dec 27 which was over 1 month! My email sent on Dec 8 was ignored. Overall very disappointing experience and unlikely will order from them again.

I purchased a Banwood Trike in mint green on the 28/11 as a gift on the 8th I was looking for an update as it said items delivered between 7-10 days, we were on day 9 and no confirmation it had been dispatched. No response was given so I followed up again on the 10th December looking for an update. The next day I was told there was a delay and tracking would be shared with me soon. Later on that day (11th December) was told that my parcel had been lost (which is nobody’s fault) and they could issue me a refund which I confirmed.

It’s now the 13th December and nobody has replied to say my refund has been processed. Really slow at responding would consider twice before ordering from here.

Lovely products if you're looking for natural and organic baby toys.

I ordered a Lorena Canals Knitted Cushion and the website stated 3-4 weeks delivery but it actually took just over 5 weeks to arrive. I only got a response from the customer service team to find out where this was because I reached out. I didn’t receive any emails to let me know when it was being dispatched either and the money left my account as soon as the order was placed so it made me a bit doubtful. Reason I’ve still scored this experience 4 is that the customer service team did respond to me very quickly and reassure me it would arrive soon after my review was left. They also let me know when the order was delivered as Royal Mail delivered to my neighbour even though I was in (not Soren’s House fault). They were good at replying to me and very
informative and apologetic. Even though it did take a while to receive my order it restored my faith due to the customer service team so I would choose to buy from Soren’s House again.

Amazing selection of products, delivery was super quick, and great customer service. Will be ordering again soon for sure! :)

I initially had a issues with my order not being dispatched (due to a third party supplier).

Once they became aware of the problem they quickly looked to resolve this. The team sort to get the items dispatched very quickly and consistently kept me updated with what was happening. They also offered a very generous goodwill gesture and response.

Sometimes things unfortunately go wrong. But the level of customer service that Soren's House provided once they were aware was prompt and very good. I'd therefore happily buy from them again and recommend them.

Looks like a lovely company with a great welcome discount code, but had a disappointing first experience - Ordered a climbing frame a week ago and struggled to get a private reply from customer services about its delay, until I posted on here and instagram...
Read the individual product pages carefully as delivery times vary and aren’t the standard 2-4 days as stated underneath the ‘add to cart’.

Thank you Claire at Soren's House for shipping the Cabana Teepee to us in time for my child's birthday, even though I ordered late in the day. Quick response and efficiently handled. Beautiful products too!

Really personable customer service, went out of their way to help me get my items after Royal Mail returned them unexpectedly.

Quick delivery, however, I purchased something in the wrong colour by mistake. I have been phoning, emailing and DM’ing on Instagram but have had no response at all. So disappointing and am left with a product that isn’t suitable. Would be great if someone could respond!

I come to Soren's House every time a friend or family member has a baby - I love the choice of products they offer and I'm particularly obsessed with the muslins as the quality is fantastic. I've no doubt I'll be coming back again and again!

Amazing company, I have bought from this company many times now and all my deliveries and items have been great!!! My products came very quickly and well packaged. The price of my items were very reasonable and I always look here first before buying from anywhere else. Amazing company.

I absolutely love Soren’s house! They have such a beautiful curated online shop for all new parents to be. They make buying gifts for little ones a doddle and the speed of delivery and packaging is always super fast. They have a great rewards scheme and just generally have a lovely brand.

Bought an item for Christmas, it never arrived! I then contacted the company regarding the issue, had one ema back and then no response after that. I have tried calling multiple times and have emailed multiple times but I am being totally ignored. Would not recommend. Such a shame as I try and buy from small businesses but this behaviour is just awful from a company.
