Alternative to it does not exist.

This app has been able to go through over 25,000 photos and help with many duplicates. Which in result helped me organize photos better on my phone/cloud.

This is the best customer service I ever had when it comes to fixing problems most just ask to send tickets and we have to wait sometimes days for them to get back to you - they took time with me, took over my computer remotely and answered all my questions no questions asked. I tried to find a product to help us but could not unto now. Very grateful!

Product works as advertised. A "bit" pricey, but when you realize the hundreds of hours it would take you to do this manually (even with the utility giving you all the duplicates that exist!) would take you tens of hours, or more and you'd get Carpel Tunnel Syndrom in the process! It found 9Gig-bytes of duplicates for me! Wow!

While the app is great, I truly appreciated Sorcim's customer service that stopped at nothing to help me resolve a puzzling problem that I encountered during the installation process.

The Clone Files Checker is a great tool to have when you have to go through multiple files quickly and easily.

This program makes renaming a huge number of files as simple as a few clicks. It works exactly as its name implies.
I did have a small problem a couple of days after I started using the program and it stopped recognizing my license. I sent a request to their support email and it was fixed in about 48 hours. I quicker response time would have garnered a 5 star rating.

This product is awesome! I had literally thousands of files to re-name and organize. I went hunting and found this program with a lifetime license at a very affordable price. It cut my task time by a lot. When I had difficulties with my own laptop and had to re-install several times, they reactivated my license within hours (at least 5 times). They were very friendly and helpful. Even when I apologized for being such a pest, they reassured me I was no problem and they were happy to help. Finding customer service at this level is rare these days. Could not be happier with the product and the company.

After a new computer was purchased I recognised my old key would not work and within a very short time of contacting the helpdesk I was provided with a new one. I use clone file checker all the time and it is the best software I have purchased

I registered and paid for product with a misspelled email address. The support person tracked the registration and sent me details. Great work over 5 days.

Excellent contact.
I scanned 120,000 plus,files in 10 folders which had been accrued over 20 years.
Amazingly fast, just minutes.
From original 180 GB found 60GB of duplicates.
Only improvement would be, being able to access Google Photos without having to save a copy to computer, takes hours.

Easy File Renamer is easy to use, versatile and effective. Their customer service is excellent.

Great Program that is easy to use with very simple options that make you feel safe about using it. I recommend to never delete permantly. Always save to a folder until you are certain your collection is how you want it.

I have had a very pleasant conversation concerning many questions. Instructions were clear and saved me many hours of frustration. The support agent helped me delete 7701 duplicate photos from my PhotoStick.

Support ticket answered withing 24 hours getting a license refresh.
14 HDDs all now down to one easy to manage 6TB drive.
Found almost 34k duplicate files, so many years of backups and multiple copy paste to folders labeled new, newer, newest, latest, old duplicate, duplicate backup, clone master, master backup.... a mess now a marvel.

Clone Files Checker saved me an enormous amount of time as I had somehow backed up my files in a sort of loop where I ended up with many of the same folders, some with nothing, others with new documents and others with copies upon copies of different documents. With CFC, the struggle was over before it had a chance to begin.
