Delivery times and off product
I bought a rumbling knit and the ODM pants on November 30th 2024 and received both on April 9th 2025 after numerous delays. Customer service is great and they *usually* respond within a day, but a lot of “oh it’s coming in on ____” and when it doesn’t you just repeat the contacting process.
In the end the knit looks different in person, not the same cloth type, and the design is slightly minimalistic compared to the shop listing. The pants however are great and as they are on the site.
Knit being different and absurd wait time makes me say 3 stare

Was mislead into buying another product.
I made an order and forgot an item, asked if I could make a second one and combine them and they said yes and they would refund me the shipping.
Once i made the second order they refused to refund shipping.
The customer service experience was terrible. I was promised combined shipments and a refund on the shipping and got neither.
Consider the customer service before deciding to buy or not.

Highly recommend!
The quality is amazing and is worth the price tag. The designs are also super unique and cool. Exactly as advertised on website/tik tok page and the sizing is good too.
The shipping did take a long time and I didn’t get any updates until I emailed them and messaged via discord. However, the item still came in less than a month so I was very happy.
Overall I’d highly recommend, just be aware of shipping times and make sure to order way in advance.

Best anime streetwear brand
Best anime streetwear brand on the market. Truly unique designs with amazing quality. I have ordered twice from Sora and the stuff shipped within 2 days. (Make sure to purchase in stock items because pre-orders can take multiple months to arrive). Customer service is also very helpful and quick to respond. I ordered Phobia jacket in size M but it arrived in XL and after contacting support with proof they returned me the money in store credit within 2 hours and apologized for the issue. Only downside I see from ordering them is the customs charges if u live outside US/Canada. But even after the customs charges I felt satisfied with my purchase because how good it looked in person. If you decide to order from them I recommend going one size up because the clothes are true to size and in my opinion the look little better baggy.
