Worst experience I have ever had but I…

Worst experience I have ever had but I should have done research prior to signing up for a free trial which is NOT FREE, as they charge a “Per Use” cost which is incredibly expensive during the free trial. I have contacted customer support and just like many other reviews mention that customer support doesn’t even respond. There is no mention of paying per each use unless canceling. So the website is purposely misleading and will charge per use during the free trial whether you cancel or agree to annual plan. This is not a way to get customers by misleading or not caring enough to even respond.

Scam. You cannot cancel the “free” trial and then they will try to charge you. Customer service unresponsive
