I got a skin for my OneXPlayer F1 Pro

I got a skin for my OneXPlayer F1 Pro. The skin that was provided didn’t fit correctly and I reached out to get support to get a replacement skin. I don’t ask for a credit because I really wanted to use this skin.

Support basically gave me round about answers and wouldn’t provide any assistance. I sent them photos where the skin isn’t fitting around the buttons correctly and they told me to push the skin down into the crevice if the bottom, which people know this is going to cause issues. I asked for a replacement skin and they informed me. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Faulty Products & HORRIBLE Customer Service

Like another reviewer mentioned HORRIBLE customer service. Disrespectful and unprofessional while lacking any responsibility for their awful product. I ordered a skin for my headphones that was cut so poorly and way different color than what was shown on the website. No instructions included, they also don’t tell you you’ll need a heat gun or blow dryer for it to even stick. Customer service is dismissive and argumentative of anything you say even if you send them photos of the issue. The company is deceptive and unethical. If they do finally accept that you don’t want their horrible product they will charge you for shipping, and a restock fee and if you paid shipping or didn’t pay shipping they say they are taking $6 back anyway. The product I purchased was just under $30. I am pretty sure this is probably just some person doing drop shipping from their home. Not a professional business. I would not trust them with your business and especially your personal information. I only even purchased the product because of an accident and couldn’t cancel it immediately(due to the lack of info and contact information and options on their site) so I decided to give it a try and this awful experience has been the result. Looked up the business address and it’s someone’s house btw..

"BUYER'S BEWARE"TOTAL GARBAGE...

"BUYER'S BEWARE"!!!Purchased 2 skins from this company,and both of their skins ruined my phone and laptop! Reached out to them and got disrespected.Sent items back and only got partial refund.Asked them about discrepancy and got disrespected again.They need better training and a better product.It is overpriced and damages your electronics everytime!This company refuses to be ACCOUNTABLE,and in my opinion,lack EMPATHY,ETHIC'S and overall no MORALITY!!!They are out of line for disrespecting me and not giving a full refund for the garbage they sell!I didn't ask for them to repair my laptop and/or phone that their product damaged.I could have legally went after them,but I chose to just contact the Better Business Bureau,trust pilot,etc.Amazon said that they were gonna SANCTION them,and if enough people complain about their antics, they would boot them off off their website! Again,"BUYER'S BEWARE"!!!
