Sophie & Olivia 

I looked at the pictures on Sophie & Olivia’s website of the lingerie I was looking at purchasing for my GF they all looked really good and as they were described as really good quality I didn’t look any further on Trustpilot reviews, nor did I realise that the items would be produced and shipped from China!
The items were delivered in good time, but on opening the lingerie I found that the material quality wasn’t as good as advertised and the size was smaller than I expected and I had ordered a medium as my GF is a UK size 12, I contacted customer service straight away and although they responded promptly they were very reluctant to offer me a full refund, instead offering me alternative options, in store credit, 5% refund and finally 10% but I would have to return the items to China paying the cost plus not receiving a full refund either. All totally unacceptable and not what is advertised in there refund process, I would think very carefully before purchasing any lingerie from Sophie & Olivia as the quality isn’t as described and the product size charts do not match actual sizing, all in all I think you could find the same product at a higher standard and cheaper in alternative online stores - in short not value for money and not great customer experience

There products shipped quick and the quality was excellent. We had a few items we didn’t like and returning them was easy.

I was sceptical after reading reviews on here but decided to take a leap and so glad I did. Delivery came in 14 days which I expected considering where it is shipped from. The garments are beautiful and I really like them. I had an issue with one garment being far too large even though I based it off the size chart. I spoke to customer service who got back to me immediately and were absolutely wonderful, so kind and lovely and are sending out a replacement in the correct size without any qualms. Special mention to Theresa whom I spoke to :) if youre happy with a 2 week wait and want beautiful underwear thats comfortable then I would recommend.

Awful company. I tried to cancel order 1 hour after placing it. I was told they couldn't do that because they had passed it on to the couriers and it was in transit. Absolutely rubbish.
Also, the free gift turned out to be a discount off my next order if I spent 50usd.
Absolute scam of a company.

Despite the delivery time frame, the item I ordered far exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. The attention to detail was remarkable. I would definitely order again from this co.pany

The lingerie is outstanding. Everything fits perfectly. The material is high quality. My wife feels sexy AF in them. Customer service is top notch. 1 item arrived with a faulty metal hook and after reaching out to them they shipped a replacement within 24 hours. I'm already a repeat customer and will go back to them again. Recommending to all my friends.

Absolutely awful quality cheap tat sent from China. Several sets purchased, all terrible and the sizes were all over the show.

Attempted a refund, the company refused and despite ordering through PayPal for added security PayPal wouldn’t refund as the company is based in China.

Avoid at all costs. Sets couldn’t be worn, looked awful and refund refused

Complete scam!!!! My items well over $100 were never delivered. I emailed Customer Service 3 times with zero response. Do not trust this company.

I give this company 1 out of 5 stars , they really don’t deserve any at all . It took about 3 weeks for a delivery since the order was placed . The quality of the item is extremely poor ,
no “ mystery gift” as it was supposed to be included in a package ,not correct sizing . Upon a requesting a return , received an email asking for images with received items . Then in a few days later received a different email that was offering a store credit or 5 % refund. Few emails later , they finally provided a link to ship item back which needs to be approved at first ; however they request for you to pay for a selected method of shipping and once you have chosen it and paid for a shipment , you are not able to reselect chosen shipping method .
Not recommending to use this company, it’s a scam.

Terrible. The product arrived with a defect/tear in the fabric and I’ve been trying to get a refund and return the item for weeks now. Their customer service sucks and is giving me the run around.

Purchased in good faith their sizing was completely wrong and very poor quality. I tried getting a refund over 3 weeks and they just rejected my claims and made it impossible. I've been buying online for 30 years and have returned less than a handful of items. Company is a complete scam. Wish I could give negative star rating

Absolutely terrible company! Shipping took FOREVER, by the time I rec’d the item, it was way past when it was needed. I emailed them about 1.5 weeks after I ordered and item hadn’t shipped yet stating that I no longer needed item because it would not get here in time, and they assured me it would be expedited. It was not. I figured I’d just return once I rec’d it. When I went to email about returning, I was told that item was no longer in stock so I could not return for refund, but I could receive store credit but I’d have to pay a $15 shipping fee. Absolutely not…the quality and fit of the item was TERRIBLE! Not paying another dime to this company. Steer clear of them! You’re better off buying off SHEIN for a quarter of the price and eligible for returns!

Ordered like 4 sets of lingeries modeled by beautiful women online and they all arrived without a brand label or size tag.
Looked them up on this and found out they just source bulk cheap items from China for a few bucks and mislead customers with a fancy marketing scam!!

I'd like to leave a review on my order I purchased: #70114.
Although they are a size small, there is no sizing for the bra cups - so therefore they do not fit well.
I also have a tear in the bodysuit, Lila Embroidered Bodysuit.
Also, I had another email stating I had received a mystery gift - that did not come with my order.
The fabric feels cheap and the sizing is not correct.
