I had a notebook added to my order that I did not ask for! It cost me an extra £7.50 and I was expected to return it to the Post Office for a refund. This is NOT acceptable.
Poor quality and customer service experience
Bought a set for my aga: 2 lid pads, gauntlet, pot handler and towel: they looked lovely. Unfortunately when the pads needed their first wash, duspite useing the gentlest, 30⁰ setting in my machine and in accordance with the instructions 1 disintegrated, both shrunk. After A LOT of to and fro-ing and finger pointing (including suggesting they shouldn't be put on the hot lids and asking what temperature my aga was set at!) customer services reluctantly replaced ONE of them. They look mismatched as different sizes now. Not impressed by this "premium" brand.

Why don't you just put a returns label inside the packaging like most companies do.I love the stuff I have previously ordered but won't be ordering again because it has taken me 4 times to try and return an package!As you can you imagine I have still got the package in the porch!A courier is supposed to come on the 30th December at a allocated time!I hope this time he brings a label to return because I don't have one!!!

Ordered a personnalised mug . Name of recipient is Niki . Personnalisation looked nothing like the name Niki . Customer service said that's how the K looks but there was no K . Refused to give me a refund, only a credit note . I particularly wanted a personnalised mug with name Niki , instead I have one that says Nili , bad service

Wrong item, no resolution
They sent me the wrong item.
I emailed to let them know. I could not have a replacement as it was a gift for that week and they took a few days to reply
They automatically dispatched a new item and now want me to contact them to have a courier pick up said item.
So not only did I have the wrong thing sent to me but now I need to waste my time hanging around for a courier to pick up an item I didn’t ask for.

Bought them to my friends for home warming gifts. One of the mug came broken, guessing it was because of the delivering process. But when I contacted Sophie Allport, they sent me a replacement first thing first on a Monday morning. Lovely customer experience.

We ordered 2 x mugs from Sophie Allport. They were delivery promptly and we were delighted with the quality.
One of the mugs unfortunately developed a hairline crack! We contacted SA who apologised and within a day had processed the replacement. - No questions asked. Great service , will be shopping with them again.
Lovely bedding set, received quickly
I am a fan of Sophie Allport - quality, largely UK-made products and very attractive. When I saw the recent reviews I was surprised, but decided, based on past experience, to carry on and order the tulip double duvet set for my 18-year-old daughter. The bedding is lovely - a fresh, flowery pattern and soft material, perfect for my daughter who loves tulips. Ordered on Wednesday, the package arrived on Saturday. Well done Sophie Allport, we all have glitches from time to time and I’m pleased to see that you’ve sorted them.
Smooth experience
Items were dispatched and delivered quickly (it took a few days, but that’s normal unless it’s amazon). The bedding set was lovely, and good quality. The returns went smoothly and I had the money back for the items I didn’t keep in a sensible amount of time. I’d definitely shop here again.

Excellent Service - Lovely Products
I ordered a table runner very late in the day, just before Christmas, purchasing Express Delivery and hoping for the best. Despite being informed that I'd missed the delivery cut-off and delivery before Christmas could not be guaranteed, my item did arrive in time for Christmas Day. So a big thank you to someone who pulled out all the stops to ensure my delivery arrived for that very special day.
I've dropped one star because I'm miffed that the price of the item I purchased for £31.50 was dropped straight after Christmas to £18.90.
The product itself, Christmas Stags Table Runner, has washed beautifully and will be brought out again next year.
I've since been back to the website and ordered some placemants and coasters. Very pleased with my purchases.

Aga hob covers
Aga hob covers - they shrink, even when hand washing them (the wash label tells you to machine wash on a 30 degree wash). My first set shrank, even though I washed them according to the instructions. So I was super careful with the second pair and they still shrank. I have been offered no refund or replacement. But - as a 'goodwill gesture' 20% off my next order!!!!

Dear Bee design Company
I’m reaching out to highlight some serious concerns regarding the bee plates and cups we purchased. I’ve attached photos showing the scratches and markings in detail, which expose the poor quality of the ceramics and glazing.
Unfortunately, this has now become more than just an aesthetic issue—it’s a potential health hazard. What started as a design we loved has turned into an unusable eyesore and a massive disappointment.
Could you please relay this feedback to the brand owners? This level of poor quality is completely unacceptable, especially given the price charged for these items.
I will also be sharing a strong review on Trustpilot and other platforms to warn others about this frustrating experience.

Wish I had read here (trustpilot) before ordering but happy to add that my problem was indeed dealt with, thank goodness!
My story… Ordered x2 new bedding sets for guest beds for Christmas. Clicked on Saturday delivery (£12.95… silly price but wanted the items quickly). Got the confirmation of order email and money was taken from the bank (quite a substantial amount) but a treat for Christmas.
Saturday came and went, no delivery, no email about delivery, no tracking info. Nothing Sunday.
Sent an email on Sunday to customer service, got a reply ticket and informed could be 48 hours until reply.
Spent Monday repeatedly ringing their customer service phone number, nobody picks up the phone and goes to answerphone.
Began to panic now and went to Trustpilot to read reviews. Honestly I think the blood drained from my face at this point, after reading reviews I truly thought I had lost a lot of money!
Talked to my husband because I was so stressed at this point and he advised me to contact PayPal to see if they could help. Was just about to do that when “Amy” from customer services reached out with an email to me and informed me that the servers were down when I placed my order so it got lost?! Anyway, she gave me various options and I decided on a full refund (was too stressed at this stage and wanted my money back) which she did actually sort for me and I’m happy to report that it’s been refunded in full now:)
Definitely been burnt and won’t be shopping here again (lost confidence) and it’s sad that such a big company has “server issues” and can’t answer calls, obviously serious staff problems or bigger more serious issues?
Either way, if you’re panicking (like I was) about an order then do send them an email and get a ticket and hopefully the angel that is “Amy” will fix your problem for you:)

Poor service inferior product quality
I recently wrote a review on this company for poor customer relations. I had hoped that once the blinds arrived they would make up for it. Unfortunately the service also reflects the quality of the goods. The blinds are badly made, the design of boxing hares is barely visible and just looks like they ran out of paint. The material is flimsy and the overall effect is cheap looking which does not match the cost. I’d strongly advise not to use this company

Very poor service
I was unable to buy on line as impossible to open an account so had to telephone instead. When leaving an order several mugs out of stock so bought what I could. Three times after that various emails to say more items were out of stock! So frustrating! They eventually sent the incorrect order! Won't use them again!
