Confusing as I thought I was ordering from Barefoot Shoes Aus. However the shoes arrived and I really love them. I’ve had them a couple of months and worn them a lot and so far no deterioration inside soles or outside. Really comfy. Good communication. However it does make me wonder who the company is as they’re not Australian and not Barefoot Shoe company.
I placed an order on 1 May of this year and received a confirmation email with incorrect size information on it.
I immediately replied to the confirmation email requesting the size be changed to the correct one. No response was received to that email.
On 3 May I used the “contact us” email address listed on their website to again try to get the issue resolved. Again there was no response to my email.
This company appears to be a dishonest, scam company that is not operating out of or based in Australia. They are however advertising and communicating with customers using the name ‘Barefoot Shoes Australia’ which is the name of a legitimate Australian business. This alone shows this company should not be trusted.
My order was paid for in good faith but has not been processed, nothing has shipped and the company is refusing to refund my money.
