Senior Citizen Scam

My dad is a senior citizen and decided to order after seeing an ad on his phone. He's not very tech-savvy and placed the order on mobile. He thought he ordered the correct size and didn't think to check his email confirmation. Upon receiving the shoes, they were too small and we wanted to exchange them. The company phone number is a recording directing you to email them. They claim on their website to have 24/7 support, but it took a few days to get an email response. They refused to issue a return and offered us to place a new order with a 15% discount and said no returns on sale items. What are we supposed to do with shoes that are too small and why do we have to pay AGAIN to get the correct sizes? They are punishing you for making a mistake at checkout.

‼️Attention

‼️Attention: I have to say, this has been the worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was frustrating and unacceptable. The level of service was so poor that I genuinely believe your company should reconsider its operations. If it were possible to give a rating below zero stars, I absolutely would.

I realised I ordered the wrong size and am unable to contact the company. Poor service. The email they gave for 24/7 service does not exist. The phone number is a recording to contact the phone email. Unbelievably another scam!

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Shoes and Unhelpful Customer Service

I bought a pair of shoes for work, expecting decent quality and comfort. Unfortunately, after just 2–3 days of wearing them, I started having serious issues. The left shoe felt too tight, and the right shoe was so loose that my foot kept slipping out. I initially thought it might just take time to break them in, but things only got worse.

By the third day, I started feeling pain and swelling under one of my toes. When I checked, I was shocked to find a wound developing underneath. I have no idea how such discomfort and injury could come from supposedly new and correctly sized shoes.

Since then, I’ve been trying to arrange a return and collection. I’ve contacted the company several times, and I’ve also raised the issue with PayPal. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. They claim to have emailed me, but I have received nothing helpful, despite following up multiple times from my side.

I’m not happy with the shoes, and I’m even less satisfied with how the company is handling the situation. I just want this resolved and the shoes collected. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

False advertising

Product was advertised as 80% cotton but arrived as 92% nylon. False advertising. The website doesn't reflect true reviews, only good ones. I tried to submit a review and it didn't let me provide a rating and didn't post my comment, so they are self selecting ratings.

Sootheez

Sootheez, I went on line and purchased 2 pairs of shoes, 1pair black and 1 pair cream color. Instead the company shipped me 2 cream color pair of shoes. I emailed Sootheez to tell them about the color mistake they make and at this time they informed me they have a “non-returning and exchanging policy.
WOW, what will I do with 2 of the same color shoes that was Sootheez shipment mistake.
Please, I just want to make others aware so you shop somewhere else. They get your money and show the real them.

Delivery eternity Charge $$$$

Took forever to ship and then charge 6 times more than the shoes are worth, which come from China, for $10 slip on clog is like a cousin to Crocks actually they are surprisingly comfortable though not beautiful, you can be on your feet for hours are still feel fine.

Poor Quailty, nothing like the picture & poor delivery timing

Well I should have listened to you all, yes they are crap, & of poor quality, they don't even look like the picture they are just crap !.
I bought exactly the same slipper from Temu for $11 NZD this place is what you say "SCAMMERS" Don't buy from here buy from Temu with faster better service + Quality & no freight costs either, This place Sootheez is a "RIP OFF" & cost more for faster delivery which took over 2 weeks, Temu is 7 days, DO NOT BUY FROM SOOTHEEZ unless you want to throw your money away !!!

Sent me incorrect size

Sent me incorrect size. I ordered a 41 they sent me a 43. They won't refund or send the correct size. No customer support. SCAMMERS.
They have an email, you either get the same reply or you don't at all. The quality of the slippers is CHEAP and nasty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Don't waste your money!

The insole is super flat and thinly lined. There is no support in any way that will assist with foot issues such as plantar fasciitis. If you're buying this product for any foot health reasons, I strongly suggest you don't.

Sent the wrong size and refused to send the correct one.Lied right to my face and said they sent the correct size they sent a 6 not 6.5 that I ordered. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY!

Don't buy from this still company still waiting for my order I think it is a scam. I emailed the company and got a random response from a person who told me to contact the company I already had. My order should have been delivered Never again scamming off innocent people STAY CLEAR SO ANGRY

Never again are we ordering from this…

Never again are we ordering from this place. I ordered my mum slippers and she had them for 2 days and the stitching came off and I sent an email with photos and never received any response and after the 4th email they got back to me at all and had customer service. I won’t be ordering anything from them again

A horrible company

A horrible company. Do not buy their products. Not only do they not post their return policy in places where it is easily seen they also fail to allow you to return their substandard product. Ordered a pair of shoes for $40 and they are unwearable. They feel like cardboard and construction paper and this is not an exaggeration.

Let me count the ways this has been a…

Let me count the ways this has been a poor experience:
Upon ordering, no choices were listed for shipping or fees. It took almost two weeks to receive our order and it was late, past Christmas.
The slipers/shoes were of very poor quality, very cheap.
The customer support was almost non exisitent - only receiving a token emial with no regard to shipping status or to help rectify the situation.
They refused to exchange or refund the order - we are very dissatisfied.
