Seems like this is nothing but a scam. Ordered early November (as a Christmas present) and still hasn't arrived (late February). Customer services are quick to reply and state Brexit and COVID issues but just send the same tracking link which shows no movement since December. 4 months and no item still. Contacted bank who refunded in full. If I ever receive the item I'll amend this review. Currently late March and still, no item.

I would echo all the comments made in this recent thread. Ordered my items on the 1st December 2020, still not arrived as at 24th Feb. Have emailed several times and get the same vague response blaming covid then Brexit, no tracking information, specific questions not answered, just 'will arrive soon'. An impulse buy in the run up to Christmas. Big mistake.

This is terrible. Placed an order on 12/12/20, no product recieved as of 23/02/21. Queried with customer support to track package or provide a refund, no answer. ‘Tracking’ provides no information. The item I’ve ordered is so delayed it is now spring and out of season. Should be banned from advertising on online platforms. The only positive is that I bought 1 item so the damage is limited.

Appalling service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered 9 Dec 2020 - still no goods or refund despite multiple emails. A total scam. Will report to Action Fraud.

As with everyone else, ordered on 6th Dec and have been repeatedly fobbed off with excuses of Brexit, Covid etc and that it will arrive shortly but have no faith that it will as think it is a definite scam.

Wouldn't even put a star down if I could. Ordered on the 8th December and still waiting for my delivery. Blaming Covid & Brexit, asked for a refund they said they can't offer a refund because my item dispatched even though I was told this back at the end of December. Advice to other people.. don't use this company!

As others in this page have previously stated, do not order from this company! I have ordered from independent online clothing companies numerous times in the past and had no issues so honestly I expected no issues when ordering from this company. Oh boy how I was mistaken. I ordered my items on 4th Dec 2020. I been in contact with the company numerous times since then and have repeatedly been told the same nonsense, that my items are “on the way” and should be received “very soon” yet almost three months later here we are with nothing to show for my money.

In addition to this, if you are looking to cancel your order they charge a 20% CANCELLATION FEE! How is this remotely acceptable and not considered fraud when they are clearly not sending people’s orders to them. It is complete corruption and I wouldn’t be surprised if they had no intentions to send my items at all! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I'd give no stars if I could, wish I'd checked before buying but their site seemed legit- won't be making that mistake again. I've waited more than 5 weeks and have tried to contact them 3 times with no response. Requested a refund but not expecting a response.

Ordered 12 weeks ago, still haven’t arrived. I have requested a refund and the customer service representative replied to say that they’d be with me within 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago. £50 down the drain. Such a scam.

Do not buy from this company, I received 2 pairs of tracksuit bottoms in December, the material is terrible quality. Emailed them to ask for a return address in December and they haven’t provided me with one, we’re now 3 months down the line. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ORDER. You will either receive poor items or won’t be refunded so it’s a lose-lose situation.

Husband ordered for my Christmas present on 12th Dec and as per everyone else no delivery, communication is vague auto templates concerning Brexit and then when you demand a refund as no tracking can be provided there is... no answer. Just diabolical and a complete waste of £60.

Bought a pair of their bottoms for Christmas through an ad on Instagram. Terrible quality and took well over a month to arrive. Do not buy.

They took my money in early December. I have received nothing over two months later. They give a range of excuses and are now refusing to communicate at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

It arrived unlike some unlucky customers here, but the quality is utter balls. Like, worth about £2 from a Chinese Market (no offence to Chinese Markets).

I wish wish I knew who to complain to about this company. They can’t take people’s money and nothing be done about it. Consumer rights surely kicks in here, payment taken no goods arrived !!!!!!!!

As everyone says, this is a scam. No items ordered delivered, money gone of course, all you get is a range of combinations of COVID, Brexit, staff shortages and the like for why your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Recently the Order Lookup function has gone as well, so you can't even see that nothing continues to happen with your order. Save yourself the trouble, AVOID this SCAM.
