THIS COMPANY IS A DEFINATE SCAM. AFTER BEIGN TOLD MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED, I NEVER DID GET IT NOR DID THEY PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS OF TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND IT TO ME, IT WAS EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND OF COURSE DUE TO COVD LOL. ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered from them on 18th January, and still haven't received my product (19th March). I have now asked them 3 times for my money back - the first time they said no (!), 2nd time they said they'd have to take off a 30% restocking fee (seriously!), and the 3rd time they've just ignored me. I then noticed similar comments on their Instagram page, with other people saying not to buy from them, that they had ordered in Nov and still received nothing. I wish I'd seen these reviews first. Your money is NOT safe with this company. Absolutely shocking their (lack of) customer service.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! I ordered a pair of trainers about 2 months ago and still not recieved them and looks like I have been scammed big time!

I thought I was getting a good deal as I really liked them and still not arrived so I have been scammed.

I emailed them and basically said it's due to brexit and COVID their running late. I had went back onto their website and it has been taken down and also wrote another email but came back saying it has been indelivered!

wish i could give them 0 stars they dont deserve 1! they never sent my items and just ignored all my emails after a while. the worst company ive ever bought from!

This company is a scam. If you were unlucky enough to have fallen for it (like me), you may be eligible to make a claim with your bank who will refund you. I would also suggest reporting them to trading standards so they can prevent this from happening to other people.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering something from these people. I made an order at the end of November 2020. Now March 2021, no items have arrived. As others have said, they started saying it was delayed due to COVID and Brexit; in Jan they said it was " dispatched - 2 weeks away". Now I've asked for a refund and they are ignoring me. Off to Trading Standards and a small claims court probably.

Seems to be a common comment related to this company, absolute criminals. Purchased two pairs of the pants in November for a present and apparently due to COVID, then BREXIT their is a delay. I have now taken to sending weekly emails to "Katie" at Soo Fluffy asking for my money back. I know that I will not get it, and that they probably no longer check emails. But still if they do get back I amuse myself with a rather blunt reply to the BS they provide. Called them out in a couple of early emails with a surprising reply. But would love to get hold of these fraudulent p$%cks.

I ordered 2 items in December 2020 and still have not received them. I've sent numerous emails chasing the package to be told it's been dispatched and I will receive it in 2 weeks.

I've asked for a refund 3 times and they will not address this just keep saying the items been dispatched. When I've now asked for the complaints procedure as well as a refund they've again said the item has been dispatched.

Having read all these reviews it seems they are a completely fraudulent website and seem to be getting away with it.

Unfortunately due to using a debit card not credit card I cannot get my money back which I am extremely angry about.
Just do not use this company!!

Wow why didn't I read these reviews before I bought from this company? Ordered in Jan and still haven't arrived. No comms at all to say why it's so slow. When I called to cancel the order as its taken so long, they said I had to pay a 20% restocking fee! I contacted them weeks ago to do so and they still haven't cancelled it and refunded.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered November 2020 it’s now March 2021. Apparently is still in dispatch and they have ignored my 5 requests to cancel the order. Completely ignoring any questions and just reply with it’s in transit. I was promised delivery within 2 weeks back in January, obviously this wasn’t true. First time for me to be conned online and it’s not a nice feeling.

Why didn’t I read these reviews before ? I m another one who ordered and paid for leggings on the 9th December which were supposed to be for Christmas presents . I accepted they might be late but wow ! More than 3 months late? Have been fobbed off ever since and now they have stopped responding to my emails . To be honest comments like ‘please be patient ‘ and ‘your order will be with you in 2 weeks’ riled me so much I m probably better off doing what I should have done weeks ago and put in a formal complaint .

Ordered in December, no goods arrived and consistently fobbed off that it was in customs and being processed. Do not order from this website

Please avoid, no tracking info is provided and they keep sending emails with order delivery estimates - never respond to queries either, waiting a further ten days for a full refund via my credit card as I ordered in Feb and have to wait a full 40 days for a refund.

Placed an order over 4 months ago, still yet to arrive. For the past 3 month have been told it would be with me in 2 weeks which has proven to be a blatant lie

More of the same. Ordered early Dec 20, nothing arrived. They are basically stealing from people. My bank is organising a refund. Ridiculous that their site is still allowed to exist.

Ordered items on 1st Dec 2020, for Christmas gifts. Money debited from my account but i did not receive the items. Wrote numerous emails over the period of 3 months. I kept being told that there were delays and that I would receive them in 2 weeks. I kept waiting 2 weeks and at the end of that period I would email again only to be told another 2 weeks. This kept going on and on until eventually they simply stopped responding to my emails.

I eventually sent a more formal letter of complaint (standard format that I found online) then I contacted my credit card company who sent me a link to complete a form to raise a dispute with Soofluffy. My credit card company transferred the money back into my account and they are now contacting SooFluffy's bank to claim back the money.

I then received an email from Soofluffy stating that I will receive a refund within 7 days.

Funny how they are happy to keep quiet unless you raise a formal dispute.

Don't just write it off as a loss, guys. I'm sure many people have decided not to try and get their refund because it's such a hassle. Don't let these appalling companies keep your money.

The item has still not arrived. So you shouldn't really be asking for my opinion.
