Appalling company - AVOID.
Shoes not as advertised and returns process really difficult. She was asked to send photos of the unworn shoes before they would issue a return address, then claimed the photos weren't in the right format. My mother is 84 and doesn't have a smartphone, so this proved very difficult. The deadline forcreturns was then apparently missed, even though she'd been in touch since two weeks after receiving the shoes.
DISGRACE OF A COMPANY 😡

They take pictures of good quality shoes and describe them as orthopedic with a great mission statement.
You will receive the worst plastic flat shoes you can imagine. And they are not cheep.
They come from China (what to me wouldn't be a problem. I suppose there are people using good shoes in China).
They say they would not pay returns and that the value of shipping will be discounted from the return.
It is a total scam.
DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 4 pairs of Orthopaedic shoes. Panicked when PayPal showed Chinese company. Thought they were a Polish company. Tried to cancel order within 1 hour of placing the order- sent emails to gerankk and soofancy - PayPal have put money on hold and raised a dispute case. I told PayPal I wanted to cancel immediately. I have to wait 10 days for the so called Orthopaedic shoe company gerankk to respond. Fingers crossed PayPal do not let the money transfer. DO NOT ORDER SHOES FROM HERE.

Advertised as Gerankk. These are cheap quality and not orthopaedic shoes - take ages to arrive and “free returns” is a nightmare process.

Don’t bother - I wish I hadn’t

Bought orthopedic trainers. What I received was a counterfeit to what was being advertised on their site. The site is Gerankk but the emails they send you are from Soofancy.com. If you try to email on Gerankk you can't. Nothing orthopaedic abut the trainers no support or cushioning. Just cheap tack and poorly made, poor imitation and quality. i paid through PAYPAL. I have made a dispute through PAYPAL resolution but have to wait.

I ordered an anti anxiety dog bed in February 2022. Never got it, although I received notice that it had been shipped. I thought “supply chain” issues may have caused delays. My PayPal account was charged. I sent numerous messages to “customer support” but NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. It is now August of 2022. Last I heard from them, they didn’t have a record of my order.
I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SOOFANCY AGAIN. HUGE MISTAKE!!
Beware!!! Chinese company. BIG RIP OFF!!!

Ordered some shoes, very poorly made. Tried to return for refund but was told there was nothing wrong with the products sent and would have to send back to china which would cause a lot of trouble...?! They told me to keep the shoes and regift to friends! Absolute joke scam of a company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I wish i had read the reviews first! I would give a 0 star if i could!

I gave this company 1 star only because zero stars was not offered. I ordered a wireless dog fence that doesn't work. When I first ordered it, I had a change of mind 5 minutes later and cancelled. Was told I couldn't cancel because it had been shipped!!! 5 minutes after ordering it!! Was told to wait until I received it it and could return and get a full refund. This was months ago and every email has a different excuse. They want a pic so they can fix it!! Then wanted a video of broken parts. THERE WERE NO BROKEN PARTS, IT IS JUST A CHEAP PIECE OF S***!!! This is a total scam company. I should have done some checking before ordering, but unfortunately it's too late for that. I will continue to do what I have to until I get my money refunded. NEVER!!! ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

B E W A R E!!!!! They are also under: Kindappl - THEY SELL FAKE AND COUNTERFEIT STUFF - I bought a birdhouse garden stake, they used the same photo and dimensions as Grandin Road website, EXCEPT IS WAS A CHEAP IMITATION that WAS 4 INCHES WIDE INSTEAD OF 14 INCHES. Ibought it through Paypal, so i think I will get my money back.

I have ordered my items since Feb 2022, until now no received. They said shipped but delivery company said no receive package. Why no one report this to the police?

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!
Waited since September for an order off these scammers and after numerous emails where they assure you it's been sent and it's at the local post office (not at any post offices), they then told me to wait 15 days and they will have another one delivered. 45 days later they ignore any correspondence! I wish I had read reviews on them before purchasing anything. BIG lesson learned!
I will be posting these reviews every single day on various sites until they refund me in full as I know they can read these.

please please do not purchase from these they are a scam site .They take your money send anything to you but what you actually bought .you try ask for a refund or exchange and they just give you the total run-around.
These are disgusting people who just rip you off it is a 100% scam .so please please don't purchase from here you will be throwing good money away .this company who ever it is should be taken off and not be able to scam any more decent people.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them! I ordered a 2022 calendar in November. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I started to email them in December only to be told to wait more days. It is now February 15th and I still have no calendar and now I am out my money. As I am typing this I see my last email to them has come back as an error. Scam company!

This outfit is supposed to be banned from doing business period. I purchased a flash light that didn't work (made in China) and I'm still getting the runaround as if it's my fault it doesn't work. There should be a class action law suit if not for the fact that I didn't lose more than $ 30.

Ordered a dog fence, doesn't work. Asked for refund they told me it was to expensive for me to send back. Which is interesting they know how much money I have or make? Total scam.

Do not entertain this company. It is definitely a scam and highly likely you will not receive your purchase or a refund. You will just end up in an endless circle of emails and lies

Ordered a drone from these frauds as a Xmas present for son. It arrived in polystyrene without a branded outer box. On assembly it didn't fly, just made a lot of noise, and the controller appeared to be defective. I think their scam is to resell factory rejects or returned defective goods. Like all the other reviews we are currently in an endless email loop where they offer all sorts of advice but won't refund. Try getting your bank to retrospectively claw back the money.
