My wife asked me to make her a song but I’m not that artistically creative. Requested a custom song for my wife a I from songlorious was some of the best money I ever spent. Thank you to the artist thir13teen who did an amazing job.

Came within a week and got everything I could ask for! The song was so beautiful and we’ll definitely be dancing to it for years to come!

The song I received could have been written by a 3rd grader, never mind a touted professional musician. Lyrics kept repeating, while other ideas are just thrown together and don’t even make sense. The entire experience has felt like one cheap “get well soon” card, written by a child pretending to have talent. My requests were ignored, and I asked for revisions that only remained in the song “update”.

The song is more beautiful than I even imagined! Kelly took my words, pulled out the essence, added love and melody, and honestly I am overwhelmed. My anniversary is still a couple of weeks away, and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to keep the secret that long!

The artist incorpotated all the little details and created a catchy song that is super personal. I couldn't be happier!

I gave Songlorious some information for the song's recipient and out came a wonderful fun song that everyone is proud to give to the 60 year old birthday girl. The process was easy, the song was great and the artist introduced himself with a nice message at the end.

I got a song made by Joza, and it is absolutely wonderful. He captured the essence of the song I wanted, and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a song for my Anniversary 2 weeks prior and was given a due date of 5/1. I was informed AFTER the due date that the artist had a emergency and would not be able to complete the song and I needed to choose another artist. I advised I needed the song to me no later than 5/6 as I had a whole event/surprise surrounded around this song. I told them if they couldn't deliver by that date that i would need a refund. They told me they would expedite. I received no more updates. Then on 5/6 they finally responded and said the new artist I picked was overwhelmed and couldn't complete the song and I should now choose a 3rd artist! They never delivered the song, there was no sense urgency, poor communication and they didn't provide my refund. I had to go thru PayPal to get my money back. This was a horror experience to say the least and my Anniversary surprise was ruined.

Do not choose Gabi if you want a good quality, rhythm, tone and clear to hear. Her online sample was ok but the results were slow and muddy (her method for meeting the 2 minute song length with as few verses as possible). Not only was it yucky but she missed Mother's Day and a senior's birthday (which may never reoccur). The Songlorious reps just kept asking for more, more and more money for updates.
Still no answers or song :(

Songlorious produced such a terrible quality song both lyrics and music that I would not recommend them to anyone. When you bring it to their attention they seem to be more concerned with their profit than creating raving returning customers. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT USE SONGLORIOUS!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Songlorious. As a customer, I had high expectations for the personalized song I ordered to commemorate my 30th wedding anniversary. However, the series of errors and lack of timely resolution have left me utterly disheartened.

On January 9, 2024, I eagerly placed an order for a personalized Country Rock song, specifying my preferences and paying in full with the expectation of a memorable tribute to my milestone anniversary. What I submitted was not read thoroughly and upon receiving the song on January 13, 2024, I was shocked to discover that it inaccurately referenced my 29th anniversary instead of the requested 30th. The song was completely written celebrating my 29th wedding anniversary and it was not an original song. The artist simple sang what I wrote using the wrong year!

Despite immediately notifying the Songlorious team via email and emphasizing the urgency of the situation, my concerns were met with silence, exacerbating my distress.

Subsequent attempts to seek assistance, including multiple emails and requests for a telephone conversation, were met with delayed and impersonal responses compounding my embarrassment and disappointment. The phone number listed for Songlorious does not even work. 1 845-859-2012

The situation remains unresolved as of the time of writing. As my anniversary has come and gone, the opportunity for a meaningful celebration has been irreparably tarnished by this ordeal. I am deeply saddened by the lack of empathy and accountability demonstrated throughout this process. Not to mention the $377.10 I paid for the song being a complete waste of money.

I was simply asking for a complete song redo with a different artist who would actually read thoroughly what I submitted or a full refund.

UPDATE:
Two days subsequent to posting my initial review, I received a significantly revised version of the song. The lyrical content has undergone substantial improvement. I am grateful for receiving a revised song. However, it is worth noting that the original song was delivered promptly within six days, (not sixteen days).

Despite this, it is regrettable that more than two weeks have elapsed since my 30th anniversary, during which time I had intended to present the special song to my husband.

A more proactive approach to customer service from Songlorious, perhaps including a direct telephone discussion (as requested) to address the situation and determine a resolution, would have significantly mitigated my dissatisfaction.

While I appreciate the effort to provide a revised song, the opportunity to commemorate my 30th anniversary with a timely presentation has been irrevocably missed. I am left disheartened by the inability to seize that singular moment, and remain hopeful for improved experiences in the future.

It was completely low-effort. Also, the tune didn't match my selection. I asked for Alternative Rock but what I got was more like Bruno Mars pop. The tune also didn't match the artist's sample music at all. And when I reached out to support, they suggested I ask for a chance in lyrics, but you can only change a couple words.

Overall, such a waste. You don't get a custom song, you get a fill-in-the-blank song. Do not try it.
