The themes are really beautiful and quite easy to handle and the support team is really efficient and reactive.

Amazing support care here!!I just needed a feature in the menu that was not offered in the theme, and even though it was my fault not to check the mobile demos before buying to make sure it had all i needed, this person worked it out and somehow this feature was avalaible in the theme menu options within an hour of my question....unbelievable!!thanks a lot!!

I bought the plugin quickly because it had the interface I wanted, the sticky footer player was awesome, the customization was great.

But the best surprise was the lightening fast customer support, an SEO related issue with one of the headings, Sonaar answered, fixed the issue, and updated the plugin with 12 hours. Just awesome!!

Absolutely the BEST customer service ever. I tried to do lots of custom modifications to the theme and ran into a lot of trouble with wordpress in general (not the themes, they work PERFECTLY) but their customer support was able to help me easily solve all the problems.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at the support that I received in regards to an issue that I was having. Although it took a couple of days to get it resolved, that fact that they were so willing to try different things to finally get to the root of the problem was impressive. It turned out to be a coding issue with a template from another vendor that didn't want to play nice initially so it did take a little back and forth to get to the bottom of it..... In this day of the "sell it and forget it" sales mentality of many merchants, this was a nice change of pace. I guess it's pretty easy to support a product when you provide a good product.... Keep up the good work...

I have used many themes on the 4 websites that I have. Sonaar Music has been my favorite. Not just because of the amazing features that are included like importing my podcast feed easily, creating pages for my guests, the ability to use multiple logos, works with Elementor, and more. But also because of the impeccable customer service. Any time someone asks me about themes, I mention Sonnar Music.

I bought the moonlight theme, it's really great but what I like best is the speed at which they respond to you on facebook when you have a problem !

I purchased sonaar theme and the audio player to use as a basis for my latest project and I can say this is by far the best theme for musicians out there!
I also needed some customisation which I purchased extra for but it was worth every penny! Theme superb and support even better! Maxime tackled the job in hand with professionalism and delivered 110 percent! Highly recommend
