Non existing customer support
In 2025 Somfy decided to stop support for multiple installations in the Tahoma app. This was done without informing customers. Since then I am unable to control one of my Somfy sun blind installations. I have reported this to both Somfy Belgium and Somfy France. They simply acknowledged the problem without offering any solution. This week I wanted to remove one of the accounts linked to one of the installations to enable controlling at least one of them. Apparently removing an account takes an intervention from Somfy. So far they have done nothing. The customer support of this company is therefore pretty non existing.
