ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID!! Never replied to any of my contact, left everything until the last minute, messed up my payout giving my personal data and payment via BACs to a non representative solicitors (financial and data protection breach). Added a 4 week delay to my claim. Ignored my official complaint letter, ignored my follow up email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Spoke to a wonderful lady named Kaci, who helped guide me through my next steps after I was involved in a hit and run and helped me secure a garage for a repair for my car. She was clear and friendly and answered any questions that I had mid-conversation. All in all, great worker. She should be proud of her customer service

Spoke to a wonderfully helpful lady called Linda regarding an incident earlier this year. Needed to get written confirmation that I was not at fault as my insurance company are playing silly buggers with renewal quote.

It’s been almost a week and my claim for non-fault is no where. I have been phoning them and asking for the status of my non-fault claim but they keep spinning the calls to nowhere. Not sure, who is giving this company two-stars even. Instead of focusing on making these reviews better, the company should focus on improving the customer service and customer experience. You don’t get any update once you launch your claim. At least, you should know in how many days the claim will be settled. I’ll avoid using this company for future purposes.

I have accident in January and still no response I gave them all video and everything that I can provide other party did not provide anything to them
They just answering me that third party still didn’t respond and they have not time limit

Tom was exceptionally understanding and helpful, he was very professional and listened to me as opposed to assuming the facts. Once he had listened to me he very carefully explained what would happen next and assured me he would update the file to reflect what had actually happened to my son when he was involved in an accident. In my opinion Tom is most definitely in the right job and should be held up as a perfect example of how to deal with people during what can be traumatic circumstances and should be congratulated and recognised for his work. Well done Tom!

Stay away from that scam company. My car has been written off and somerset bridge prepared the valuation of my car £4700 when the cheapest I found on the market was £9000 i made a challenge and they rise up the value to £5200 what still sound like not funny joke I didn't agree on that valuation too and I spoke with the manager who said "all I can do is to make an official complain what will take 8 weeks and more likely won't change anything". He also suppose to send me all the details to make a complain but obviously he didn't. It took 2 months to get me to the point where I still have no car, where I can't even repair it by myself and been left without compensation.

Don’t take insurance out with theses nasty people. My hit an uneven bump in the road causing damage to my car underneath. They are quick to tell you no. They suggest a mechanical issue but my car just passed MOT 2 months ago. Anyway I pay comprehensive and this doesn’t include a courtesy car nothing ridiculous. Now we are waiting for them to accept my claim after threatening to investigate making it seem as if I’m a criminal. The only fraud here is Somerset bridge. I always make sure every new driver I teach not to use this company I’ve even recommended other driving companies not to recommend this company to their drivers. If your numbers go down it’s from me I will make sure no one applies here.

I’m horrified with my experience with them. I was involved in an incident which was not my fault. The other party has admitted to fault. The damage is worth less than £500 yet I have to pay excess of £500. So what was the point of doing my insurance with them. Next year will stick with admiral

I recently had to report small incident ,due to Sad & unforseen circumstances it took a while get all the information ,i spoke to a lady called Pauline who was so very kind and lovely and listened with patience as i explained about the day of the incident on daughters wedding day,when i was called to A&E regarding my parent ,the resulting bereavment! the lady claims handler was so kind and patience whilst asking relevent questions and explaining the procedure , providing the reference number and an email address to send the images and estimates to.
I had looked on go skippy to report the claim a couple of weeks previuosly and it didnt recognise my policy ( In the renewal cycle ) so gave a number to contact this was the only downside of the process as i work 8:30-17:30 so each time i rang the phone lines where closed and i ended up having to take time off to ring the claim through.
i felt that i was dealt with proffesionally and with compassion and consideration all the while taking all the relevent information in a fault accident.

I wouldn't bother using these. Absolutely crap. Unprofessional. Uneducated staff. Overpriced. Use a proper company. Don't follow up incidents or claims. Actually a waste of time even being insured tbh
