The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 applies, as advised by Citizens Advice. Contacted my bank and Paypal, who credited my account. Seller refused to refund P+P.

We have bought parts for our mk1 mini from other suppliers and have found that often they are not correct. Buying from Somerford we find the applications fit perfectly, delivery is prompt, and they are frequently cheaper.

I needed spares for my classic Mini
I needed spares for my classic Mini
So I contacted the company to buy spares for my 1987 Mini Mayfair Auto.
They were able to supply the spares that I needed to repair it after it being sent up to the auctioneers at Mathewsons. But the car never reached the price expected,so I had to pay for the trip and return trip + entry fee
So when the car was returned,the choke cable had been ripped out and manuals were missing.
So I was able to contact the company and get the spares promptly
