DO NOT BUY FROM SOMA.
Bought a chiller and tub. Chiller broke less than a year of owning, replaced with a new one to be fair to them. New one broke within 6 months. Then told because first one was past the 12 months (by weeks) then nothing they can do.
Order filters…. Expect to wait weeks to months and have to chase.
Poor quality equipment and I have not even mentioned having to buy a second tub because first one lasted approx 12 months. Save your money and the stress and buy elsewhere.

Despite some initial concerns and not having stock, SOMA went above and beyond to ensure I can now enjoy some very very cold ice baths. Great flexibility and problem solving from Louis.

Fast service and great product

I ordered replacement filters for my Soma chiller, and as expected, the quality is excellent. The filters work perfectly, Soma had great communication and they arrived the next day. I'm really impressed and highly recommend them to anyone interested in cold water therapy!

Great quality ice baths which don't go mouldy and horrible after a few weeks. Used them with Northumbria rugby and have nothing negative to say, highly recommend!

After trying out a few different ice baths, I finally settled on the SOMA Ice Barrel. The build quality is excellent—it's incredibly durable and stays completely solid when inflated. The delivery was fast. Loving it so far!

Good communication, no issues.

UPDATE. The chiller will not turn on now as it trips the rcd as soon as it starts up. After emailing Louis at Soma, I had response 6 days later informing me that he's referring it to the technical guys. I will update again once I have an answer, however it seems like the communication is not what it was. No phone line to call either.

I shouldn’t have delayed so long, fantastic product! There are so many options of ice baths to choose from but I’m so glad I chose Soma on the recommendation of a friend.
It’s really robust, was really easy to put together and looks great in my garden!

I purchased the Soma Pro Ice Barrel, the delivery was fast and it was really easy to set up.

The quality of the product is very good, the ice bath is solid and spacious and really helped my recovery.

I am also planning to purchase the Soma Chiller once the weather gets warmer.

Highly recommend!
