The school has teachers with acquired knowledge of authentic yoga teachers like Swami Vivakananda, Ramakrishna etc. All Yogic knowledge is concentrated in one place, well structured and meaningfully upgraded. This is exactly what I was looking for and I got it.

Somananda is very Knowledgeable in many topics. This course answered many questions. The staff is proactive in getting all student's questions answered. We continue to get more study material days after the course conclusion. Very well spent money for all the superior knowledge given by all the staff.

I took The Hidden Realms course. And let me tell you, it is mind blowing, life altering and extremely useful!
I can guarantee anyone who is interested in this course, TAKE IT, you will not be disappointed!

The Taste of Tantra course was extremely informative and insightful. The course is well structured, organised and everything was explained clearly.

The teachers are all very down to earth, and I could tell they were talking from their hearts. Everything is very black and white, no nonsense, straight forward and understandable.

I have already signed up for two more courses later this year and I cannot wait.

The Taste of Tantra Session was really well organised. We had really a big picture of what tantra really is and all the aspects, including a taste of the asanas, meditations, and rituals. The teachers were very knowledgeable and welcomed all our questions. I had a great time and a better understanding of traditional tantra as per its original purpose.

The Taste of Tantra online course was well prepared and masterfully presented by the team. I appreciated the attention to detail and practical exercises that truly gave the participants a taste of the experience.

The tantra teachings I received in the Taste of Tantra course really resonated with me. I learned so much in 2 days. These teachings come from authentic ancient lineages and they are truly universal wisdom! I will definitely be back!

The quality of the concept taught is thorough and well structured. I enjoyed the practice and interactions with the teachers and other students. Questions were addressed truthfully. I really enjoyed the class and look forward to the next one.

Large parts of the course where spoken from paper instead of by heart. The course didn't fully meet my expectations, I didn't find it at the same level as f.i. the yoga course.

I have given some thought before writing this review as there are some positives that I have gained through studying with Somananda school in the past yet this is only fair to highlight the down sides and potential dangers so other people can assess the school in a more objective way for themselves before joining. I have had full spiritual approval for this post to go ahead and therefore it is here.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Somananda Tantra school on the whole and have recently had an unsafe experience with them which could have ended even worse than it did and the school acted only out of their own interests and no actual human care.
The school indeed offers unique and rare knowledge but this is where the benefits end. It is all presented in a dry and condescending way and the school leaders simply do not have their heart open. Many of participants of various courses feel the same but choose not to speak up about their vulnerable experiences.
So one needs to assess carefully if they want to place themselves in the hands of people who are only looking out for their own profit and give little care about the deep processes that they trigger in you.
The main takeaway point for people to consider is that as a school they demonise emotions and are utterly unprepared to handle any emotional processes that arise as a natural and expected result of shifting energetic blockages in people.
There is extreme lack of empathy, humanity, heart and communication and lots of defensiveness.
It is very obvious that the school leaders have not dealt with their own deep seated emotional traumas and supressed emotions and therefore they cannot help anyone to deal with theirs. They are clearly triggered by people who do allow themselves to dive deep into processing deep-rooted traumas and quickly try to shut people down, which can be re-traumatising on its own and is no way to act and be as a spiritual school of higher knowledge and greater good that they place themselves as.
Overall, this school can actually create more damage than good because it is not equipped to handle processes that they facilitate to arise.

P.S. I am very glad about their response. People who can read between the lines will see lots of gaslighting in that reply. No need to say anything else.

Excellent experience ! I've attended a Taste of Tantra 2-days workshop and it was very pleasant, deep, and fascinating. The workshop is filled with gems of inspiration, new knowledge, pratical exercises, and a deep dive into authentic tantric teachings.
It is very much an experience I recommend to anyone interested in real tantra.

A truly amazing experience , from the lectures to the group energy, simply a mind blowing experience learning remote astral healing with Soma. We received all the tools we needed during the course and day by day I felt myself improving.

During the last few days of the course , when we worked on live models and moved energy silently with the receivers mic muted it was simply mind blowing witnessing in real time, with the whole group watching, how the energy was moving exactly where we wanted to. I feel like many of us learned a lot during that experience and it brought our level of refinement up a level or two. Once the course ended I had even more practice sessions on new partners and feel I have gotten to a place where I am confident in my abilities and ready to start accepting clients. Several times during this course I was at a loss for words….

Classes are taught with a strong structure and attention to detail. Teachers are very knowledgeable. However, Somananda is the highlight of the training. His 20 plus years of experience practicing authentic Tantra really show. The spiritual and professional approach of the teachings is something you rarely found out there, specially with all the noise and misconceptions around the word Tantra.

If you are interested in learning with the best perspective possible, you won't be disappointed.

I recently completed the Tantra Massage Therapist course and would highly recommend it to anyone! The teachers are all extremely knowledgeable and professional and create a very safe environment in which to go through your process. I really got much more out of this course than I was anticipating and it has ignited a desire in me to delve deeper into these teachings. Alongside the massage techniques, we received a lot of valuable and interesting information in the form of lectures and Q&A's that touch upon some of the broader aspects of Tantra and Spirituality. All in all it was a life transforming 11 days and I would happily recommend this school to anyone.
