These guys replaced our old Heath Pump

These guys replaced our old Heath Pump, they provided a completely unprofessional service. The installation happens on a Friday, they left the work incomplete (weekend temperature below zero) we were left freezing and needed to sent an unlimited emails, finally the technician contacted us and a temporary setup was made which allowed the pump to start only on Sunday. The next Monday the technician attended our property to complete the work which just took half hour, this time he was not able to properly setup the system and now the minimum temperature in our property is 21 degrees day and night.
I tried to contact the installer and the only answer was that the system is up and running and the job is completed.
Since the new system has been installed we are living in a total nightmare.
