I found solvent traps direct through recommendations on a Facebook group, and decided to give them a try. I ordered all the wrong parts, and called customer service a few days later to see if there was anything we could do to resolve my mistakes. I spoke with multiple customers on the team which assisted me through every step and component of the traps, provided recommendations and ultimately revised my previous order to make sure that I got exactly what I needed, and shipped it out same-day. 5stars for professionalism and prompt action.

As a business owner with customers to appease I am disappointed in this merchant. I found Solvent Traps Direct through google and this was my very first order. Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own. Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded. This doesn't count the shipping I've already paid. The rep countered $110 below what I asked for. Why? He didn't want to make this right. Therefore, I decided to return items no matter how much it will cost me because it's not about money at this point. It's now about principle. Learn to do good business and you will prosper. I will be submitting my review on other social media platforms.
