I STARTED USING Solvaderm about a year ago and am amazed at the results. the age spots have disappeared, and the wrinkles are not as deep. I am 96 years old, and everyone takes me for my mid-eighties.
This product makes my skin so itchy that I cannot use it and would like to return it.

On 2/15/24 I requested guidance finding specific products that would be most effective for an 82 year old looking to improve her skin. After carefully reading all the information on your site, many of your products seemed to me to be duplicative, so I asked
for help paring down to a basic few that would address my specific issues. I received a quick, one sentence response: "You might be interested [with] our Selected Wrinkle Repair System, which is a combination of Stemuderm, Revivatone, and Eyevage." That advice ignored the fact that such obvious information was already documented on the site and didn't even seem to be aware that of course I was already trying Stemuderm--1/3 of the Fountain of Youth trio I had already said I had ordered. Such a generic, automatic "response" felt dismissive at best. Why even offer Additional Customer Support if there is no interest in addressing personal requests?

I’m very surprised at the remarkable change after 2 weeks for this 76 year old skin. The best way to describe the change: at the end of the day, my wrinkles and crevices are a bit better than upon waking after a good night’s sleep. As we all know our facial plumpness is much different in the A.M. than at the middle or end of the day. To be able to sustain the morning freshness throughout the day is a big win in my book. I will continue to use this product 2x a day without any negative reaction.

I love this product. I hate that I don’t know when its about to run out because the bottle is opaque.
Why can’t you put it in a clear bottle? When I suddenly run out of the lotion I have to do without it until my next bottle arrives.
