Fake leather sold as suede

I bought a jacket listed as „suede“. Suede is natural skin of any type of animal, eg. sheep, deer etc. it was sctually made of cheapest fake artifical leather.It had no labels about material or care. Seller offered 40% discount and offered only return to be sent to Australia at my cost from Germany, although their sender address was in Germany. Only opening up a case wih Paypal made them pay back full amount.

Fraud Delivery

By what I’m reading, I’m glad I never received my shoes! Anyway, their delivery company (used in Southern California anyway) GOFO have not been supportive of the fact that my shoes were never delivered. They washed their hands clean of the fact that the delivery was ever made OR that their personnel kept the package and said it was up to the vendor to make things right.

AVOID. Product and Service Are Both Damaged.

I now understand the negative reviews. The "white leather shoes" I received were a crushed, generic-looking pair shipped without a box. The advertised product was a complete fiction.

Customer service, after a 3-day delay, was handled by a representative named Luke, who demonstrated a shocking commitment to denying reality. He claimed the shoes weren't damaged and matched the description, despite my evidence. The "solution" was a return at my expense, requiring international shipping.

This brand is a scam, cleverly advertised on Meta platforms. Consider this a warning: don't be fooled. My only consolation is that the unhelpful representative's name, Luke, was as short as his ability to resolve the issue.

Absolutely no response from their…

Absolutely no response from their Customer Service by phone or email. Fit is terrible, way too small , fit for Asian Physiques possibly. Large size is like a small medium. Product is at best ok, over advertised under delivered. Sent it back.

One star is too many!

Shoe size ordered was different to the one delivered. Have been trying to get an exchange or a refund and they keep offering $20 on the next purchase. Three iterations and I’m convinced they are killing time to expire the 30 day return limit. Stay away from them. Just a rotten apple online retailer!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. And pretty sure they sell the mail to spam companies. As soon as I completed the purchase my inbox got spammed from a bunch of different mail accounts. They let you complete the purchase, then they claim you need to give more personal information or they won’t send you the package, if you don’t want to give them that they charge you 20$ to cancel the purchase.
Stay far far away, I wish I read some reviews before I bought anything

Still waiting on my purchase. Keep receiving emails stating shipping delays. Will never order from here again.

Update 9/14/2025: received sunglasses. Very cheap plastic. They don't even come in a carry case, just thrown in a small shipping box. SCAM!!!

Knock offs with high return cost scam

The mode of operation is simple - show you very nice items, ship you products that kind of look like the picture but the proportions/shape/design/fit are off, then when you request a return - they ask you to pay for the shipping to a random post locker in a parking lot in Australia, which will be 5X the cost of your product.
You're left with a cheap product that's worth 10% of the price you paid, and you're left with the decision of whether to spend 10X the time and effort to get your money back

I've been waiting for 4 weeks for my…

I've been waiting for 4 weeks for my order. They used a company called GoFo Express for delivery. I've received 3 messages in 4 weeks stating that they were unable to deliver to our address, and to contact GoFo to give a correct address. The address on the order is the correct address, we get deliveries weekly from other carriers with no issues. I suspect no attempt has ever been made to deliver my order. I will NEVER do business with Solrano again. No accountability, no customer service.

Don’t buy shoes sized in China

I wear a shoe sized to US standards. I ordered a pair of shoes from Solrano despite the bad reviews they had. I believed it could not be that bad. The shoes arrived too small to wear. I asked to return them. A helpful person said that could be done but I had to ship them to Australia at my expense. It would be a waste of time and money to do that. Buy local. Stay away from this firm. Please!

Do not Order from Solarno

Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. Company represents they are Boston-based; however, my order was shipped from China. First, they said my shoes had been shipped . When I inquired 1 week later about shipping information they admitted they did not have my size in that model. They finally shipped my size in another model 1 month later. Shoes did not fit, so after several emails they said I could return them to an address in Australia but would be responsible for the return shipping cost. So we have an alledged Boston company shipping from China asking the item to be returned to Australia? After 2 months of back and forth, I’ve asked the credit card company to handle the dispute. Would not recommend ordering anything from Solarno.
