Shockingly abusive customer service, simply incredible
If I could leave zero stars I would, because the behaviour of the customer service is absolutely outrageous.
After using the website's contact page to provide product feedback (without asking for any refund, because I had not purchased the product from the website) I received a reply by an anonymous employee. In the exchange that followed I was insulted and abused in the most incredible and childish way. I will paste here below some of the abuse I received, just to give an idea of their level:
"Dumbass, undereducated, Enjoy your failed society in the UK. Glad the muslim and pakistani are taking over the country, these are the consequences that come with being as stupid as you are. Go drink some tea.
My name is Mike Oxlong,
Go cry about it brokie, your existence is an entire joke."
The employee obviously refused to provide their name, nor does the website provide any contact details other than the online form. They claim to act as intermediary for Solo Tree, of which they use the logo, yet refuse to provide any direct contact with the actual company.
I have never experienced anything similar with any other customer service, this is both ridiculous and incredible. I think the actual Solo Tree company should know about the abysmal service offered by this mysterious intermediary.
