Delivery was excessive and…

Delivery was excessive and communication was slow.
The MagSafe wallet is not ideal either. At best I can get 1 card in, and then it’s difficult to get out and the magnet is not strong enough so the wallet easily drops off the back of my iPhone.

I am extremely pleased with with ultimate wireless charging station my Apple Watch & Apple phone both have rugged cases on them and they both charge absolutely well . I have received fantastic customer care from Sololoopstrap being kept informed through the whole process I would recommend this company

I had placed an Order# SOLO2927 on 28th Nov, but I haven't received any communication about it. It's been long since I placed the order and It's really worrying me that there isn't any update on the order. I wrote to them several times, but as usual no update on the order yet.

Package has never arrived

Package has never arrived. I ordered November 10th and there has not been any movement on the shipment.
I emailed support and was told to wait 20 business days. It is way past 20 business days at this point and have sent 2 subsequent emails with absolutely no response.
Very poor customer service! Will never order again.

I ordered 4 straps which totaled about $85. After more than 2 weeks, received the mail but only 2 straps were in the package. I thought maybe the other two were in a separate package so I waited for another week but none came. I went and wrote to customer service and got a response saying the order only shows 1 strap but it was my bad for providing the incorrect email address in my initial inquiry. I then replied with the correct email and got a response that the order could not be found. I sent the screenshot of the receipt and then heard from no one ever since. I’ve already followed up 3 times now but still no response. By the way, the straps that I received looked worn so they’re too loose for me and one had paint chipped on the metal part of the strap. Don’t be fooled by this company, they have such a bad service and I feel like I’ve just been robbed of the $85 I spent here expecting good quality straps.

Good try but not right

I bought one for my and my girlfriend. I got her a small and I bought a medium for me. The medium was too tight even for my girlfriend and I noticed the band on the medium was not wide enough to compensate for the larger apple watch face. The braiding was decent enough but size is off and you can tell where the cost cuts happen. Never wore it again.......

The strap is a good quality, however it looks out of place on a 44mm watch as the strap is not wide enough. Otherwise it is as described.

STAY AWAY RIP OFF

My strap finally arrived. The quality is okay but only okay. From the shipping info I have determined that what this organisation does is broker a deal as the strap comes from China. I can now confirm that you can buy exactly the same strap on Amazon for £15. Of course with Amazon you have the certainty that the item will be delivered quickly and a full channel of communication as well as a money back guarantee. This company has failed to answer 4 emails from me yet within one day of me leaving a poor review on trustpilot they are defending themselves making all sorts of claims that they are small business and only trying to help et cetera et cetera which is all rubbish the emails are never answered and the reason for this is obviously poor Customer service!!! Also from reading reviews it appears that they have tried to scam by using someone else review details falsely. It is clear that they are at the top of Google searches by using pay per click which is of course okay if you are decent honest business but many people trust Google and believe that if something appears at the top of Google it’s the best especially children and young adults. This is of course not the case so in this instance using pay per click is a deliberate ploy to overcharge people! My advice is to stay right away and buy the strap on Amazon. I did not expect you to respond to this review because you responded to my last one with a load of hollow promises that you did not honour so I would rather throw the strap in the bin and write off the £25 that I paid you. If you ran a decent business you would not keep getting poor reviews on trustpilot. Like most people I am busy especially at this time of the year so I will only leave a good review if I have had exceptional service or a bad review if I have had extremely bad service frankly I have better things to do but the purpose of trustpilot is to help people determine whether a company is worth dealing with and in my experience you are not!!!

The initial review, stated we were a Scam, but it appears your product did arrive after all and the team noticed you now changed the review to make further unkind statements.

On the point on Amazon, our internal team has checked this for you, and we can confirm Amazon does not sell a braided solo loop strap at £15 that is available for Prime or even 2/4 day delivery as of 10/12/2020.

The products available currently on Amazon are from private sellers with quoted times of 15/30 days at a price point close to the one you’ve stated.

We also believe our price point to be extremely fair for the quality and rarity of the style strap offered. It saddens us that you view our price excessive,

We do believe however is unfair to quote “same product”, when you haven’t purchased any other resembling item to make such comparison fair against our own.

Nevertheless, we mentioned on our previous response, that you hold a 30 Day Guaranty from us on your purchase, please follow our easy returns process so we can have it returned and your purchase refunded.

Poor communication

Purchased a 3 in 1 Qi charger from this website. Have not received the item, but more worrying I never received a confirmation email or any correspondence.

Contacted customer services via the website message portal twice. Have received no reply.

Have been charged for the product and am starting to wonder if this is an untrustworthy company.

Update - order did arrive. However it was a lengthy delivery time. Also no confirmation email or update on shipping, and had to email twice to get any response from customer service.
