The support is absolutely TERRIBLE. Any slight issue they will shut down your website and take hours, sometimes days to reply and get the issue fixed. Even something as simple as updating your payment method (which you shouldn't even need support to do) takes days. DO NOT BUY -- SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.

I'm an experienced e-commerce entrepreneur ($1M+ revenue) and I'll be sharing my thoughts on this theme and why I am giving it two stars.

To start with the positives, the theme looks great. The default typography is nice, the gradients on the buttons are a nice touch and it does have a unique but presentable and professional feel. The built-in quantity upsells are also a good touch but that's about all I have good to say about this theme.

The negatives. The support is virtually non-contact and extremely hard to access. I have a bug where I can't see my product descriptions on the page and they have yet to respond after several days. Given that this is a crucial bug and my license includes support, I expect either an answer from support or a Discord where I can ask other users if they've experienced similar issues and potentially find a fix.

This theme is also missing some essential features including a collapsible row section, crucial mobile product image display customization (pagination buttons, image slide style, etc), and MARGIN/PADDING CUSTOMIZATION! That last one is insane to not have because the default margins from section to section are HUGE which obviously hurts CVR so you have to resort to custom css'ing every section or having no margins at all.

For a $200 one-time fee it's a poor purchase and gets 2 stars. You're better off buying a shrine key or just sticking to a free one and using paid Shopify apps to make up for the missing features.

Overall, this theme has a lot of potential but is just missing that crucial communication piece that would allow for this kind of honest feedback. I'd be willing to change my review to 4.5 stars if they just had better communication (e.g. discord server).
Note: I did not have any delays accessing my key after purchase, it's entirely automated. Those reviews seem irrelevant with their current system setup.

They never gave me a license key and keep charging after repeatedly seeking their support. I changed my card details and they still charged the new card.

Purchased this theme and was never sent a license key, reached out to support and was ignored. Tried calling, number seems to be invalid, I would AVOID.

Paid subscription, no license key, they don't respond to your emails they just send an automated email saying they will contact you but never do, phone number on there footer menu does not work, stay away from them.

Absolutely terrible service. Never received my license key so I could never use solodrop. I’ve tried contacting support like 5 times but they never reply. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS GARBAGE

I purchase a theme and for 2 days I did not even received a licence key. Terrible company, avoid it!!!!!
