I never have an issue getting support from SolidWP. When a problem arises, they're right on it - often to find out that I've done something that caused the issue in the first place!

I've been using the product for several years and have had very few problems. When I do have questions, I am always amazed at the speed and efficacy of the people responding to my support requests. Even though the brand has grown, it still feels like there are real people behind it.

Unbelievable. We paid 150 euros for an account, and after a few days the plugin was switched off (nobody of our team did this), new strange admin accounts were added, and hackers overloaded malware on our server, taking all our websites offline. Impossible to get SolidWP to help out. Won't recommend and I want my money back!

The SolidWP tech support team is responsive and very knowledgeable. I got a quick response to my problem with detailed, actionable steps to diagnose what was going on on my system, and extra helpful advice for how to manage settings to keep things working well. Solid Backup (formerly BackupBuddy) is a great product for automated backups and sending to remote destinations.

Plus they have a range of other very useful WP products like Solid Security, and Solid Central for streamlining management of multiple client website all from one place.

But what stood out for me over the many years that I have worked with their products is the extremely solid support system. If you can't find your answer in the comprehensive documentation it is reasonably easy to create a ticket and you will get a meaningful reply within usually one day. It always helped work out any issues I couldn't solve on my own.

If you need a professional product and professional support then this one is for you.
