Great team, resolved my issues fast and was very helpful

I signed up for a trial with the intention of cancelling before being charged. However, there was no clear option to cancel or close my account. Instead, I was repeatedly prompted to enter payment details, with no visible way to stop the subscription.

Since I could not find a proper cancellation option, I blocked payments through my bank and contacted Solidgigs by email asking them to stop attempting to charge my credit card.

Despite this:

They attempted to charge my card 6 or 7 times in total.

They sent me an email stating that my account was closed because payment was not received.

Even after confirming the account was closed, they attempted 3 additional charges after I explicitly asked them in writing to stop.

This is extremely concerning. Once a customer revokes authorization and an account is closed, there should be no further payment attempts.

I have now formally notified them that if any further charge attempts are made, I will take action through my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.

Very disappointing experience.

He was really helpful — he reviewed everything quickly, thoroughly, and found a detailed, situation-appropriate solution.

It is very easy to forget when a free trial expires. It is infinitely more difficult to find a company that understands that you forgot to cancel it. That was not the only thing that impressed me about Solidgigs support. The automatic responder was clear (I am on a different time zone), the response and the action were very prompt and polite (and I am not saying that just because they cancelled my free trial after the deadline!)

For people attempting to be paid writers or get an honest well paying position in that field this site is very helpful.

The company is very well organized & jobs are easy to find. The customer service will work with you on whatever the matter is also.

Great software for those looking for those looking to get freelance gigs sent directly to them

After providing feedback about a glitch that sent me the wrong type of gigs, I received a full refund even though I failed to cancel on time. Great customer service - you can trust SolidGigs!

Solid Gigs does a great job of finding opportunities that aren't easily findable through the typical platforms. The support team is also top notch and was incredibly helpful when I had a minor issue I needed assistance with.

dishonest policy and a money grab. please avoid! the free trial may charge you immediately and there are many reports of people being scammed for no leads and charged early.
