Corporate credit card fraud

Hello
At this company, you can only withdraw money if you have purchased the company credit card. When I asked about the price of this card, I was told it would be 3000. So far, so good. But here's the kicker: they charge thousands for every little movement of the card!!!Activation extra, PIN for the card extra, shipping extra, tax extra, alleged worldwide unlocking for an extra 9500! Although with a master card it's perfectly normal to be able to pay with it all over the world So we've now reached 25,000. Isn't that an outrageous price and a blatant scam?!!! You read that right, 25 thousand!!!
