I ordered a pair of Fit flops size 10. I paid for shipping to receive them , when I did receive them they were very big compared to the other size 10 Fitflops that I already owned . I ‘ve bought this make of shoes for the last 15 years and have never had a problem with the size . I contacted Sole to soul and they told me to send a picture of my old shoe next to the new one because I didn’t want to pay to ship them back . I sent them the picture and at the end it costed me another $36. To send the shoe back . I paid almost $70 shipping and I have no shoes . I don’t like to give bad reviews, but these shoes were a total misfit . I think they should have at least paid for the cost of me sending them back . I trusted them to send me a normal size 10. They didnt care for the customer. Very disappointed.
