SCAM COMPANY

They make you return this to Netherlands. Spent over $25 on shipping and it was sent back to me!! SOLEIDA.COM IS A SCAM COMPANY!

BIG FAT SCAM

I can confirm that this company is a BIG FAT SCAM. Their products are dollar store quality. If you want to make a return you have to mail your items to the Netherlands at your own expense. They advise you that shipping is so expensive and that you’re not guaranteed to get a refund and so their recommendation is that you not bother returning it and just accept a 15% refund from them instead. Unbelievable gangsters.

Warning! Soleida is a scam!

This company is a scam. The product is TERRIBLE and causes pain! They say there’s a 100% money back guarantee. Product is shipped from Jamaica, NY. Then when you want to return it they want you to ship to to the Netherlands but are setting it up so they can say it was never received. This is what they say:

“I understand that you are ready to return the product.

Please be assured that we are committed to our 100% money-back guarantee. To issue a full refund of the return item, I’d like to clarify the next steps. If the customer requests to return the item, according to our policy, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the return shipping cost to our primary warehouse can be quite high, and unfortunately, all return shipping expenses are non-refundable.

While our company is based in the United States, returning items directly to our main warehouse ensures they’re recycled responsibly and not resold. This gives assurance to all our customers that every product they receive is always brand new and has not been used or is not from a returned item.

Additionally, we want to be transparent about the risks involved. If the return package is lost in transit or tagged as delivered but not received in our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund.
