Couldn’t be more helpful! I was after these Uggs that I had found in another branch but was heading back home from London to Scotland. They arranged the order and had them delivered to my home address within 2 days😊

Unfortunately I have still not received my order despite Royal Mail saying they have delivered it. Now going through the painful process of a lengthy dispute with no resolution offered from Sole which is unacceptable when goods have been ordered, paid for and not delivered. No refund offered or replacement item to date and unlikely to be resolved prior to Christmas when this was meant to be a gift. Sole please review the customer service provided to genuine customers rather than relying on duff information from Royal Mail showing a photo of items delivered to my address that day but not the intended parcel from Sole. Overall a poor experience and now lengthy process awaiting updates from yourself and Royal Mail which is penalising customers.
