Product fine, customer service and logistics failed
The product is fine, but the overall experience was not.
Delivery issues were not proactively communicated, and customer service was slow and unhelpful. After more than two weeks, no clear solution was offered. In the end, the only outcome was a replacement device — but only after I had to propose the solution myself.
Customer service should resolve issues, not wait for the customer to do their job and waste their time. Based on the overall experience, I would not recommend this company.

Hi José, thank you for the honest feedback.
You are right. The communication during the delay was too slow, the ticket was not handled correctly on our end, and you had to do the chasing that we should have done. That is on us, not on the courier.
We shipped a replacement via DHL Express at our cost once the situation was escalated, but I understand that does not undo the two weeks of silence and frustration you experienced before that point.
We are reviewing how this was handled internally by redesigning this process to prevent it from repeating.

Everything worked as expected and the prices were great. All my orders were more less immidiately given to the delivery service, so none of the waiting time was actually caused by the store, which I really apreciate. The only complaint I have is that the products don't get put into thermally insulated packaging, which could cause probelms when its really cold.

Better for non-US customers
If you are outside the US, they can be a good option. Otherwise, you will have to have to figure out the tariff status of each item to know what you will ultimately be paying, and then deal with the shipping company to remit tariff and administrative costs before your package can be delivered. Can still be worthwhile, but best to plan for those extras ahead of time.
