Information on Safepass renewal is not clear with regards to Pearson test centers. GRETB in Galway is listed as a test center but GRETB are not aware of same. I called the free phone number and got someone in a call center that had little knowledge. I followed up with Solas as I needed support for Polish language for the Safepass retest. Most unhelpful.
