Rude and Unprofessional!
We met with a representative at the Hyperdome late last year. She told us just making an appointment we would get a $50 gift card. We told her that our house was not finished and she advised if we have the plans, it’s enough to get a quote. We put our name down. Then didn’t hear from anyone in AGES. We kept chasing up. In the end a very rude guy called us and said that he wouldn’t and can’t do a quote based on house plans and to call back once it’s built. We then spoke to the rep who apologised, took our details and then said she would send out the gift card as an apology. It’s been months, we never received the card, a quote and no one is responding to our calls or text messages! Definitely not recommend them!!!!
