Be Warned I would never buy from anyone from solar king . I a enry saver from them came into my . His Name NEIL TAYLOR. who pressured sales told me the company had been going for years whiles others had gone busted and i said why is it dear 5750 said had all the guarantees for work labour and for twenty years. I paid him part cash and part on credit card.He Said it was a investment get your money back in twent years and more interest more then what you would get in the bank. bought in 2016 April . 1st year underperformed was told to go back to them . They said they made a mistake on the MCS and change the figures and so then performing well. WE will not get our money back in twenty years but 35 to 40 years as the cash he took is not written in the invoice or paperwork and took two amounts off the credit card so in fsct paid nearly 8000 pounds and when some once came independent from them to check we had not been had , the grid was overproducing the electric which was probably why we were not get high enrgy savings to put this right would cost 2,000 pounds. So I have been robbed by this thief Neil Taylor . The company has gone into administration now. And these gruarantees and warrantees are worthless. I would never of bought it except my husband thought it was good to save money on electric. Not at all He is disable and am ill cant work. Never let anyone pressure you by saying it is on sale for this price only for one day. They are robbers. and rob people who are vulnerable and could not afford this in thfirst place. It has cost me in my finacially and health wise.

They changed my boiler to a combo first two workmen came refused to do the work as I have lead pipes. Then I was advised over the phone that they would remove the lead pipes. So I went ahead with the work the two workmen that came were not the original pair and the lead pipes were not removed when I contacted them regarding this was told lead pipes didn't need removing although I was told originally it did also I was told a verbal agreement should not have been made. So they only told me they would remove lead pipes to get me to go ahead with job this was four years ago. The connection between the leaders copper pipe has leaked 3 times since then flooding my living room. Solar king are not interested last time I contacted them they told me itcwas only guaranteed for 12months. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT HAVEING WORK DONE BY SOLAR KING THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL UNTIL THE JOB IS DONECAND THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW.

My System has been broken for more than a month but no one cares at Solar King you speak to this arrogant guy Mr Nigel. when It comes to selling they are very sweet but once installed no one cares very rude, Unprofessional, unresponsive I uam taking them to court, don't use them

We had Solar panels installed by Solarking in 2012. At the time service was great, salesman was honest and open. Installation team, quick and efficient.
Problems started recently when the Generation Meter stopped recording. Don't know for exactly how long but included some of the hottest and sunniest days of the year !
Now it turns out the Company advertising as Solarking with the same phone number and same logo which according to it's website has been operating for ten years is not the Solarking we dealt with. Therefore we have no after sales with them.
As the saying goes. Buyer beware ?

I ENQUIRED ONLINE TO GET A FEW PRICES FOR SOLAR PANELS, I HAD A FEW COMPANIES COME ROUND AND SPEAK TO MYSELF, THE OTHER COMPANIES SEEMED A BIT PUSHY, MARC FROM SOLARKING LEFT IT WITH ME AND SHOWED ME ALL THE GUARANTEES AND GAVE ME A CALL A FEW WEEKS LATER AND I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD , THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND PROMPTLY . GREAT SERVICE AND SUPPORT , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Got my system fitted in 2010, i now have added the 6.5kw LG battery saving me even more money off my bills,couldnt be happier with my system and your services thank you solarking,

The company was very badly hit by the reduction in feed in tariff, but many companies went busy, so hats off to the owner, Graham for moving to savings with battery ready systems.

Had a 4kw PV solar system installed by SolarKingUK Nov2011.
They promised 3,400 KW per year but at current generation rate will get less than half of this. (1160 units by July 2012)

Considering the huge cost and the promises they made, we are left feeling that we should never have got involved.
It will take us 17 years to repay the outlay - not 6 to 8 as promised.

They never respond to letters, and only reluctantly to phone calls.
We have had 3 'remedial' visits so far (yet another one is expected soon) but our generation rate is now less than originally.
Their 'remedial' teams seem unable to solve the problem despite endless tinkering.
