Process was easy and very price competitive. The instillation was completed as promised and the installers were happy to explain all about the system and how to install the app. The whole install area was left clean and tidy when they left and the unit has been working as promised. Very Happy.

From the first contact to after completion Solar Battery Group (SBG) kept me well informed of what was happening and if I was happy with the progress and work. I have a 6.4 kw/h solar system and SBG installed the 15 kw/ batteries, since installation my home has been on average over 95% efficient on a daily basis. Tilly from SBG was a pleasure to deal with and provided timely advice and information throughout the whole process.

The speed and efficiency from initial contact to installation was exemplary. The communication and involvement of all teams was coordinated and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend the team from the Solar Battery Group

Had a system installed. Immediately it started smelling really bad and was heating up. Error lights on system saying to contact support. System is also only showing half the installed size. Have tried calling with no answer. Have tried emailing with no answer. Will now need to lodge a complaint with fair trading. Unacceptable behaviour and frankly dangerous. System is currently shut off as i dont want my house to burn down due to their incompetence.

Edit 23 May 2026: Appointment to fix the system over a month after it was improperly installed. May 23rd between 9 and 12pm. Waited all morning. Nobody showed up. Its now 12:30pm. No message to say sorry running late etc. So on top of bad service you can add no respect for your time.

Communication from start to finish was excellent. Installers very professional, polite and left the site clean and tidy. I have an old house with limited suitable sites for the battery unit. All this considered the unit was installed well and with consideration for the heritage of the property. (Old ‘vs’ new is always a challenge). All in all very happy with the whole process and beyond!!

The lady ( Sania ) that assisted with my application was helpful and patient. She kept me in the loop constantly and explained everything in detail.

Installation was seamless and the staff were very friendly and efficient. There was an initial complication whereby we had 2 error notifications. I contacted the company and they attempted to correct the problem over the phone. Eventually a tech came out and he contacted the manufacture who applied a software fix and all was resolved. The tech had some trouble getting on to the manufacturer but waited patiently until he did. The system is now working a treat, and I would recommend in a heartbeat.
