I’m satisfied with my order

I’m satisfied with my order. The delivery took about 20 days, which was exactly as announced, so no issues there. The plush arrived in perfect condition and the quality is good.
However, I do find the price a bit high for what it is. Overall a good experience, but slightly expensive.

Misleading

At the time of purchase, the website said $75 free shipping. My order was $100 and charged me $100 CAD plus $18 shipping.
I reached out to them and asked for a refund of the shipping cost per their website information.
They said it was always in USD. I have screenshots of proof that it never stated USD. I only asked for shipping to be refunded and they instead cancelled the whole order which I have not received my money back yet..
Do not trust, scams.

I wish I could give this company ZERO…

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars but even that would be too many. It took EIGHT EMAILS from the 2nd wk in December 2025, to Jan 9th 2026, for someone to reply. My order was placed on November 28th.

Then after the first 3 emails, a pre set email comes and said "All orders placed before Dec 6th have been shipped and should arrive in 15-20 days"
When they got up off their ass and decided to reply to me directly, they said my order was "remained unfulfilled because it was part of our pre-order batch" which was set to ship out at the end of January. Which could mean anything. Had someone simply communicated, I would've been ok waiting simply because of how much my daughter enjoys watching the show. Based on these replies (item going to wrong address, no responses, 1 item instead of 2, etc...) I'm glad I canceled and hopefully I'll get my money back soon.

I will NEVER order anything from this awful company ever again. As much as my daughter loves their YouTube show, I may just have her unsubscribe. One thing I do know is, they won't get a dime of my money ever again! It was interesting how I broke my payments for the item in 2 installments, and they managed to get the money on time.

Awful 😖

Order placed on November 19, still no parcel. Received two links to track it, one international (China) the other local (Poste Italiane). The international track member shows the parcel is in Bologna, the local says it is in Catania, so I called Poste Italiane, and they told me I need to contact the company where I purchased the item to ask them to unblock the parcel since it is a cronobusiness parcel. I wrote them several times with no response, and I will keep doing it, hoping to receive good news. Needless to say, I'm never going to order from them anymore.

Has anyone actually had a reply off…

Has anyone actually had a reply off these? I ordered 9 solarballs on the 22nd November and currently 3 have a shipping number which has shown it’s in the uk and the other 6 have a waiting to be picked up shipping number. Never reply to emails or social media! Can’t believe Xmas is next week and I don’t have any! £150 waisted

No delivery. No response. Having to raise a fraud case with my bank

I bought items totaling over $100 almost a month ago and have not received them, nor have I received any updates. from SolarBalls.

I have sent several emails, DMs, and commented on social media and YouTube posts and have been ignored.

Do not trust this supplier. I am currently having to raise a dispute with my bank.

No excuse to ignore my messages.

Made an expensive order for my son’s…

Made an expensive order for my son’s birthday. Waited ages, with no updates. Contacted the store, and they sent a picture saying my parcel had been left outside my front door leading to an open path!!
Have tried to make contact via their email, and they have not even offered an acceptable solution..!!!
Im now £80 down and no response!!
I am waiting for a refund before i contact for fraud!

Misleading and fraudulent company

Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. When you look at the website and read the info they claim to be a US based business and operate on a print on demand order. They claim that the products are send from the US, EU or Canada but in reality the products come from CHINA.
So you pay extortionate prices, they add tax and shipping on top to make it seem that the products come from the US but in reality they use dirt cheap companies in China to actually produce and ship the products. So essentially pocketing a huge profit while paying pennies for production and shipping. And after reading al lot of reviews I will be surprised if I even receive my order.

Finally received it!

We received our pre-ordered plush and my son is over the moon with it. I do feel though, as a pre-order item, which we had to wait 5 months for, it would have been nice to receive regular updates on how things were. As we did start to believe it was a scam and that we'd never get it. This plush does also come from China, so shipping is not very fast either.

Late mail and to wrong address

Ordered cards for my son with his Christmas money 1/12/2024. On 2/4/2025 finally shipped from China, I was mad because I knew it would take a long time but waited! Then on 2/11/25 arrives to NJ I’m just excited it’s in the US! Yay, I told my son who is on the spectrum and he was so excited he has been on his BEST behavior ever. But then on 2/13/25 shows out for delivery in the Bronx, NY. We live in SC. The item was sent to the wrong address and the USPS cannot do anything about it because they state it was delivered to the address the company put on the package. I called customer service and emailed and so far no response.

I purchased Solarballs cards for my son on December 25th, more than a month has passed and I have not received the cards. I have sent several emails and have not received a response. I would like to receive the purchase or my money back.

Refuses to ship to the U.S

Refuses to ship to the U.S. (Alaska). There is no price/logical/shipping/time reason not to ship to the U.S.

Had to go through a third party shipping company and pay extra to forward shipping due to no U.S. shipping.

Shambolic!

Placed order for 2 lots of cards on December 19 2024.
Store stated that order would not ship till 01 Jan 2025. That was fine, I accepted that.
A couple of days later I emailed to ask if I could change order. No reply received. A few weeks later I emailed again. Still no reply.
Today, Jan 28 2025 my order arrived...well at least 1 lot of cards. I've emailed again asking where the other half of my order is. I'm not expecting a reply but will keep you updated.

Wish I could give it 0 stars

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Still haven’t received an order I placed almost 2 months ago. I sent them an E-mail over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back, I have a feeling I’m never going to hear back or get the cards I ordered for my grandson. He’s going to be so disappointed and I am so angry! Never will order from them and hope no one else does.
