Prompt Service With Good Result
I had been thinking about installing Solar Panels for a long time and finally bit the bullet after adding an upper-level addition to my house (see my review: Extend A Home) after considering several quotes I decided to go with Solar-Matic based at Smithfield, NSW.
This company is very prompt and friendly to deal with, Emil at the office was very helpful, the installation was completed in one day and everything working good as it should, would have given 5 stars except for the electrician running a conduit down the outside of the wall to the Inverter box which looks a little unsightly, instead of down the inside cavity of the wall, he did ask me if there was access down the inside of the wall from the roof, I asked if he wanted me to check with my builder but he then said I will have to run a conduit down the outside of the wall to the Inverter box, not sure whether this was necessary or just easier for them to do that.
Update, had a phone call from Emil at the office of Solarmatic, he spoke with the electrician who did the installation and confirmed that the conduit on the outside of the wall was necessary, because of the construction material used on the upper wall of the house and no inside access for the wiring. So I have added the extra star for an Excellent rating for Solarmatic.
