First of all the website offers free shipping in USA. No star or asterisk for any exemptions to this offer. Then they say first time customers get 15 percent off. But no coupon code was ever sent. I waited an hour. I went to check out anyway. But then the free shipping offer turned into FEDEX 75 dollars and change. My recommendation is not to buy from them direct. Unfortunately Bloomingdales doesn't carry all the variations the website does. The bag I bought from Bloomies is well made and I really like it and thought of buying another one for my camera.
