Ordered 12 office 2016 keys and 4 of them are not working, but when reporting the issue softwarelicense4u is not available, no e-mail no phone only one contact form. even when filling in the contact form many times i didn't even received a response. I have been a customer of softwarelicense4u for a long time and always was satisfied, the last year however i had very bad experiences, i cannot even call bad support because there is no support at all.
Looked sketchy after ordering but all worked out ok
Update: After ordering i got an e-mail without a code, send a message but the messaging system doen't give feedback so i taught it was a scam. So i send a few messages and a negative review.
Just got a message with the ordered code and its working. Thank you.

Stonewalled by Support. Grrr!
I've given SwL4U two stars based on the ease of the initial transaction. And that's where the 'happy' stops.
On November 2, 2022 I purchased Office 2021 Pro Plus. The receipt and promised key were in my email five minutes later, as they usually are. When I attempted to install the product, it bombed Online Authentication -and- the automatic Telephone Authentication. I rang off because I didn't have time to sit on hold and wait for a tech.
When I got a bit of time, I popped off a note to Support (the widget worked for me, then) with a screenshot of the error I'd gotten ('token_not_found') and went back to work. Support got back to me on their work cycle with this:
"Please try the license with the normal installation. This page has the original downloads." (and the corresponding URL)
So I uninstalled and rebooted and reinstalled exactly as specified. Again, it failed Online Authentication. Again it failed auto Telephone Authentication. This time I waited for a technician to come on the line. Spent an eternity reading codes to him, and finally was told that the key that I was attempting to use was an Enterprise level key, and would not work for a solo installation. I thanked him and hung up the phone, and pulled the Support widget back up and informed them of the mix up, requesting a new key.
Support never responded. I waited about a week, and sent in another missive to Support. Again, no response. Another three days, same deal. And still no response. And now the Support widget will no longer even load for me (unsure whether I have been blocked or if it is damaged).
Why won't Support fix this?

And lo, contact from Support! With another key no less. Perhaps this mess can be salvaged after all. We shall see what THIS one does . . .

It looks like this is not the same company as before and does not supply correct codes and no reaction to mail/supportform/chat etc. Trying to contact for 4 days now but eventhough they mention 7 days support no reaction.
The etrusted shops logo is not clickable and the name is nowhere to be found on the etusted site. Fake ?
Here on trustpilot you see a lot of positive reviews after a bad one and het average score stays good this way. Review from google are almost all bad.

Addresses in the Netherlands on 2 places and now Curacao.
1. I replied on my order for support, reaction we do not use mail, go to chat
2. No chat icon to be found only a webform.
3. Filled in 2 webforms,
4. On Sunday I say the webform icon change to chat, but after filling in all again no reaction and on top it states we are not available
5. The I send another mail to the extension “Freshdesk” mentioned at replies on Trustpilot, but also no reaction
6. On Tuesday I have again the chat and now it states we normally reply in a working day, it is a chat, do I leave my PC on for a day? No respons after 7 hours.
I google my supplied last 5 digits code and quess what It has already been used in 2020
Today (16-11) new email with Black Friday deals and promise to contact in 1-2 working days :-(
Today (24-11) i can see this board has been read but i still do not have heard anything. Yesterday i found another solution so only money back would be sufficient now, but how to ask if there is no contact :-(
Today (25-11) I received a reply on my my original mail from 12-11 with a new code. So my stars are 2 up and the title changed. But i now have a key that i will not use for an X period. I already bought another. And i cannot test the code also because then it will be used .
Overall . If you order you must hope the key works. If not you will become in a downwards spriral of Emailadresses/Chats and frustration from tne Aftersales.
If you are relaxed and can wait 1 month for correct code yoy can try, windows allows a certai period not activating.
Don't expect any support if things go wrong
License didn't work, and they don't respond to the help widget or emails. They don't even send back an email confirming that they've received it, or an estimated response time. Not going to use them again if they're this bad at support. Very angry.
Windows 10 Pro retail key - rejected by Microsoft
Purchased a Windows 10 Pro retail key from SoftwareLicense4U on 11 November.
Tried to activate the software on 14th November and was told by Microsoft that the License could not be activated as the key was invalid. Tried to contact SoftwareLicense4U via Facebook, the website "Help" Icon and the support email address without any response.
I previously purchased a lot of software licenses from them in the past, but they seem to be very unreliable now.
If I don't get a response, I will contact my card company and dispute the payment.

Office 2021 Ordered Key does'nt work

Faulty keys and no repsonse
I ordered from them before but this time it took a lot longer than the advertised 5 minutes to receive the keys. When the keys came they would not work. Not with online activation, not with telephone activation. The keys had been used before. I filed a complaint with screenshots of error message but got no response at all. Cost me euo 150 for 2 non-working keys. I will not use them again.
Update 4/11/2022: still no response and still faulty non-working keys even though I submitted my complaint again. Notice the difference in english language between the positive reviews and the negative reviews? Do they sell good keys only to certain parts of the world or are those recent positive reviews fake…..?

SCAM- save your money
Bought Windows Server 2022. License does not work. Company will not respond to emails or web site requests. I will go elsewhere in the future and pay a little extra for software that works.

It seems they gone rogue
It seems they gone rogue. They were actually good in the past, used them for multiple windows and office keys. Probably in the region of 10 with no issues every time.
But now I order an Office license, I receive an email with a key with no product installation pack. I used the windows tool to get the Office image, install it and key in the license. Guess what? License error, as if it was used before!
Support? Sent an email and the reply was they don't take support question on email. The email has the name "support"... They ask me to use the chat function. Guess what? There is no chat function, no "widget" exists...

Very poor service as of late
I used their services in the past and very good quality. Lately however, I have recently purchased a new Win 10 license, received an activation error. Been trying to contact them now for over a week!!! No answer. Left my computer with the chat open now for 4 days straight, and still waiting on a response. Contacted them via support AT softwarelicense4u.com, they respond instantly (autoresponse) saying that they don't take support questions via the email address. WHY HAVE THE DAMN EMAIL ADDRESS THEN?!? 29th of september the purchase was made. Been contacting them since. Zero support.

Not wrapped
Not wrapped. Have used them in the past without any issues. Just placed an order for Windows 10 key, paid and received key and had it fail with the message “We cant activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device”. Have been waiting for hours for a response.

Yes I used the email address provided, I received my key & receipt to the email address. Have also logged two requests on the website chat portal with no response so far.

It's like a lottery: if your code works, is works. If it doesn't, do NOT expect any help or support of any kind. There is absolutely NO customer service!

Very poor. Used them before and they were really good, don't know what has happened. The Windows 10 activation key will not work and sent emails and message via their online chat but no response. Will be trying to claim my money back via my credit card company.
Order not arrived and no respones
I ordered a server standard 2019 on thursday and am yet to recive the key. i emailed the support address on the website which tod me to use the chat widget on the website, which i have now done 3 times over the last few days and no one has come back to me. the ammount taken from my account was also more than the invoiced price. if i do not hear back from them today i will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the payment. The company used to be good and come back to you if you ever had any issues.
Update
After using the chat funcrion on the website i got a response and i recived the licence.
